so get my emblem LOLBefore I logged off last night I realised I had quite a few armour cores stacking up, so I ran 8 Judgements Chances with my warlock to see if I could get any decent spec armour. Only to end up with 5 weapons I didn't want and three pieces of armour with........... wait for it............all fking strength 
Then booted up my hunter to pick up the queens bounties and received this from Variks. That was just the reset rewards, haven't completed any PoE with my hunter this week

I've pretty much always had one of those packages off Variks following the weekly reset, without needing to venture into PoE.You normally get a package after levelling up the House of Judgement, and I believe etheric light has a chance to drop after level 3.
Don't know why I get them on reset, I thought everyone did. Or perhaps that only happens past a certain rank. My hunter is rank 4, titan and warlock rank 3. I get them on each character I think.

New headset has arrived today...just in time for me to go to a remote bit of the west of Scotland with no internet
Thanks to laza and his friend we got through quite a bit of stuff. The 32 caught me by surprise a bit. I thought it would be easier now it wasn't 34 but it was still quite hard. Once we got the pattern of the eye down we were fine though.
Gutted I didn't know about the reset rewards! Thought I knew most things destiny related but missed that one! Hey ho. Will do some 28s to rank up.
Did you get an elder cipher from the package Tank? Or did you have that already?

Great couple of nights for me. Have played for a year, done quite a few Raids and was still without an elemental primary (but about 50 duplicate hoods!).
Two Crota hards and I now have Abyss Defiant and Fang of Ir Yut (the one I really wanted) ... so I've a bit of upgrading to be done to unlock the perks.
Also did PoE 32 without a wipe and only a handful of deaths between us. I don't remember as many 'boss' waves when I've done it before?
Anyone bought The Last Rebellion rocket launcher from Variks? Not sure I need another rocket launcher, and haven't yet compared against what I've got, but have a weapon core to use.

Wouldn't waste time with the 28 PoE, you only get 75 rep for each one. Just do the 32, 34 and 35 every week and you rank up in no time. Those 3 will net you 1000 rep, more with nightfall buff. In fact I don't think I've done a 28 for over a month.
The rocket launcher Variks is selling is abysmal, don't bother with it. If you want a void rocket launcher, buy the Dead Orbit one. It has tripod and proximity. I did get another PoE sniper from one of the judgment chances last night (shadow of veils I think its called) and I reckon it's a top sniper rifle. Used the one I had in the nightfall and its a powerful weapon.
Managed to get through two 34's and a 35 last night, after the usual nightfall runs. Skolas has Jeremy Beadle and lightswitch modifiers. We've had this before, not too bad but just make sure you keep some rockets for the mine phases to blast the adds. You don't want them getting too close with nightswitch. Primaries do enough damage to Skolas anyway.

Innocent needs to complete a 35 PoE as above, so we can sort that out.
