Thanks for the fun last night lads, finally managed to get a stable enough connection to do the PH Christmas race along the highway.

Then took a load of pictures in the snow, forgot to re-authenticate my PS4 account to the social club, so none uploaded Anyone know if there is a way around this?

You have to upload each one manually now, go online and into the gallery then when all the pics have loaded hit R3 to upload it to SC

Not sure about re-authenticating your PSN account with social club, but snapmatic has changed on PS4 - in the game you need to go to the menu -> gallery and press R3 on every photo that you want to upload, maybe its that ?

For those who recorded the slamvan race last night:

Insert a USB stick, needs to by FAT32 or exFAT (if you don't know what that means don't worry - it'll probably work)
Go to capture gallery -> Grand Theft Auto 5
You'll be shown a list of captures, there should be one called something similar to Grand Theft Auto V_20141224002457 (last four digits will be different)
Press options
Select "copy to usb device"
Press X on the video concerned to select it, then right on d-pad to "copy" and X again
X on OK
The video will now be copied to the USB stick, may take a few minutes.

You can now stick the video on your PC.

Upload the video to somewhere (google drive, dropbox etc, even youtube), if you don't have online storage try http://vid.me - its free and you don't even need to create and account. Let me know where it is and I'll see if I can make a montage of the clips.

If you want to make it smaller on the options menu there is a "trim" function which lets you pick the start and end of the video and then save it or make a new one from it. Its all pretty intuitive.

I've sent a request to join the crew (Karl_mac_), could someone please add me? I've been a regular on the BF3/4 team, played GTAV on the PS3 but just picked up a copy for the PS4.

Or just go to your settings on PS4, add your youtube account details, hit share and upload it straight from there

That's pretty much what we are here for too. We always help out our lower level crew members, and in general muck about together. many lols to be had.

It handles bad enough in the wet, but the snow is insane first person lock to lock fun, hence the grin.

I don't think everyone has youtube accounts, hence the above, but yeah that is easy if you have an account



Reminder: If you sign in to online tomorrow there is a special gift. Rockstar have said to check our inventory when signed in - I guess for those with two characters you should sign in with both. There are rumours of what it is, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'll sign in at about midnight to pick it up as I probably will not have time tomorrow.

Love the Comet in the snow - it seems less twitchy than the rain. Zion is surprisingly good since it turns in OK.

Anyone for skiing?

Skiing and ice skating on frozen lakes would have been a great addition.

The lakes are all frozen if you drive onto them

And if you jump out of helicopters and planes you don't need to deploy a parachute. The snow breaks your fall.

i have been a very good boy this year, so santa should be bringing me a ps4 in the morning. be nice to lose some more races with the crew...
