So my sincere apologies to everyone that didn't get in on the sedans fun, I won't be able to set it up tonight either. I'm thinking we may have to get in on the action next weekend, maybe with a new class. So couple of questions for you all:
1) People were saying Saturday or even Sunday night would be better. Which would be better for you guys assuming an 8-9pm start?
2) Sports Classics, Sports, Muscle or SUVs?

I can fit in either night would prefer a 8pm start though.
Not sports classics they cost too much, muscle or suv's would get my vote, make the limit higher so we can chuck on some fancy paint as a metallic plus pearlescent took us over the 22k limit just for the paint.
Looking forward to what you have planned for the next top gear challenge.
Just an idea, and you can ignore me if you like as I can never get control of the TV at 8 or 9 pm! But how about setting a limit for the spend on the vehicles bar the paint? Then if you've got plenty of cash you can go wild, if you've not got much cash then you can just spend a grand on a paint job?
Ah, for Sports Classics, it would only be Lowriders - Peyotes, Mananas and Tornadoes. The plan for that would be unlimited spend on the paint and body mods, but no performance upgrades.
The same rules would apply for Sports, Muscle and SUVs - I'd throw in the paint with the price. Now there's a reason I'm doing that and it's because I don't like the idea of turning up to a field of bright pink and lime green cars for a cost challenge. The Lowriders on the other hand are meant to be horrific messes of colour, so I don't mind them looking hideous.
I miiiight allow it a bit more for the muscle category since they also have some fairly hairy paintjobs, we'll have to play it by ear. And if you can only make your paintjobs look good if you spend more than £22k on them, maybe you need to re-think your cost procedures.
And Fast Bug, what's a better time for you? If it's the weekend, we could wrangle an earlier start.

We wondered where you were, hope shes feeling better soon.For anyone who's going through the missions in story mode again, make sure you do all the Strangers and Freaks and, in particular, all the parachute jumps before you do the Vice Assassination. I've discovered that they final Dom mission disappears if you leave it until after the last main mission and all the assassinations. So I've had to use an earlier game save and lose plenty of hours of collecting stuff to do it.
