If you want frustration, try to use first person in the Blade

I got sent a link to a job, that had closing time for applications at midnight. So spent the night filling out forms and writing bullst to make myself seem like the 2nd Jesus who can catch haggis.

Made it with 28 minutes. So fingers crossed.

Sorry to be such a total noob but can anyone explain why when I fire up GTA online I can constantly hear babyish sounding kids talking vaguely to each other? It sounds like other human players but it always seems to be childish gibberish

Hold down the touchpad so you get the interaction menu up; scroll down to the chat settings and turn it to 'Crew and Friends only' or whatever, just not 'Everyone'.

You're still stuck with listening to everyone in missions and races, though you can mute individuals manually.
