Especially for Norfock, the sympathetic friend 
My copy still hasn't arrived today, been on the phone to Tesco and they have no stock for delivery and don't know when they're getting any. They can refund me - but only the £6 I paid after vouchers etc, not the cost of buying it elsewhere 
I am waiting for a call back from them to confirm that they can let me pick up a copy from the local Tesco...

Good point - I did pre-order so if I don't get the $1m in game, I've lost even more. FFS. Mind you, I bought a copy off the shelf for PS3 a couple of days after release and it had the pre-order code inside, so it might not be an issue.
I think the whole 'pre-order' thing is a bit of a farce other than for digital as all boxes have a code in them and the redemption period is between 18/11/2014 - 17/11/2015 !!!!Jobbo said:

Installing now (had to update the PS4 to 2.02 first, grrr again). If you buy a digital download version does it require installing after downloading? I only ask because with a decent internet connection my 1.4GB update file had downloaded by the time the physical disk had got to 12% installed. Since I think you have to do the prologue before you can go online, it might be well after 10pm before I get on.
Oh, and my PS3 bluetooth headset can't be seen by the PS4. I have a few alternative wired earpiece sets; is the one bundled with it worth using or is it worth trying, say, the iPhone headset or Sony Walkman phone headsets?

you need to do the story prologue and repo the cars with franklin before all your returning player stuff gets given to you, Then you can start online and transfer your character and go through the generator etc.Oh, and my PS3 bluetooth headset can't be seen by the PS4. AFAIK PS3 earpieces do not work on the PS4 as they are bluetooth and PS4 does not have enough channels or something ? apparently the one you get with it is half decent.
