Yeah, there was a 'calm zone' for a certain area around the Aircraft Carrier, so it starts choppy and then gets calm, but people were moaning about how choppy the initial bit is. So now that's been deleted from the game. Alas.
Actually come to think of it, it may be related to a glitch with boats in PC, so it's one of those blanket removals until a proper fix is done.

If you're on tonight, I'll drag you in. DJ, I will probably be on at that time - do you need 4+ people to trigger crate drops?
1. Jump into Ron's plane at Sandy Shores then jump out again, or land it on the beach; you're a sitting duck if you land it in the fort without any other vehicle for protection. And destroying it fails the mission straight away.
2. If you've got a car which is in any way bulletproof (e.g. armoured Kuruma, or Entity or Zentorno etc which have no/tiny windows from behind) then jump into the base in that. Drive around and use the bulletproof rear to shield you as you put sticky bombs on the Lazers.
3. If you're quick and careful you can pull up right next to the driver's door of the Cargbob, leap in, give it a moment for your character to pull the door shut and fly swiftly out - get above the buildings a.s.a.p. so the army can't shoot you as you escape. The Cargobob will take quite a bit of damage and smoke a fair bit before it actually dies.
4. The army re-spawn so trying to kill them is a bit of a thankless task, but if you're going to go into the hangar unprotected, kill them as quickly as you can before they all reappear.

I have to confess I probably don't want to do it a third time... I think pretty much every failure and restart was down to me. Puts into context how relatively lucky we were originally; it was the fact that it seemed fairly smooth which made Saiph and I want to do it again.Once was enough stress for me!
