I'll be online this evening too - intending to be in the creator but I might need some light relief, so if you still find you're a man down then drop me an invite. Or a message, since I don't know if invites show up when you're in creator.

I joined on one of you just through the friends list and didn't realise until I was spectating the race that I'd forgotten about the bike event. I literally built my bike in about 3 minutes so I could jump in, it was really good fun. Shame I missed most of it!

Well, to avoid people forgetting the Issi event, it's on Monday from 7.30pm. I'll do a single race of the Italian Job getaway (I have a backup made by somebody else if I can't get mine into shape in time) before starting the Mille Miglia playlist.

Good heisting last night, amazed we had so little deaths...typically I was the first to die though smile

I'll be on later on tonight if anyone fancies running a heist or two. Was thinking Prison Break and/or Pacific Standard to avoid the stealth set ups smile.

I'll probably be on from 9ish.

I'm pleased to say I've created an Italian Job evocation race which is somewhat faithful to the ideas I had (who knew 68 checkpoints could be so limiting?) http://rsg.ms/9bfc002

Feedback and criticism welcome; I should have a chance to alter it tomorrow afternoon if there's anything which needs tweaking or wholesale alteration smile And yes, I know the start is incredibly awkward but to get the feel of starting in an Italian courtyard, you've got to start in a courtyard!

Just played it alone, I can see it will be great fun with a load of other Issi's laugh

Did it evoke feelings of the Italian Job as I hoped? I'm not convinced the recreation of the cars going down the steps in front of a church is terribly obvious; was pondering omitting that - which would give me an extra few checkpoints to make the final escape a bit clearer.

I had a go of the Italian Jobbo, that's going to be carnage biggrin.

I've redone stage 3 of the Mille Miglia. I've changed the start and end but the off road bit in the middle is the same. About 10 minutes in a standard Issi and I think it's pretty good fun. The standard Issi just made the big jump on the cliff road so you should be alright in modded ones.

I'm going to try and have a look at stage 9 tomorrow as there a couple of other stages that are pretty similar to it.

Just played your track Jobbo, good fun, and with a load of people racing it, that will be total carnage. (It was bad enough on my own). I think the usual polite racing will need to go out of the window on this one laugh

Yes, I think lots of pushing and barging should be expected on this one laugh
Maybe even a race that encourages a spot of dirty tactics for a change?
As said, even racing it solo my car was a right mess by the end

Carnage seems to be a common theme laugh I did ponder defaulting to non-contact but where's the fun in that? However, it's not fair to make it competitive so I propose to run it first as a stand-alone race, then do the Mille Miglia playlist.

Any one trying to find or wondering what the MM playlist is, can add it here smile

Just as a reminder, Issi event tonight at 7.30pm. I'll start an open crew session beforehand so you can join via me (Jobbo_).

Only photo I managed to upload:

Shame there were a couple of disconnections, and I really ought to have checked whether Compacts were available in the Mille Miglia races, but the enforced variety did break things up. I enjoyed that smile

I had made an Issi and due to work couldn't make it.

I'm busy pretty much all this week so it may be next week before i can try the track.

Aside from the Rooservelts I liked the variation of the Sports Classics. I'm keeping my Issi though.
