Fantastic, great to hear everyone.

The track we'll be using is Exceptionalists Speedway, the link is below.

http://rsg.ms/960c8bc

From my (very rough) calculations, there's an 8s difference in lap time between a Gauntlet and Picador, meaning that we'll need 13 laps in the Gauntlet, 12 in the Picador. If you guys can compare lap times to mine for a wider range of results, please do let me know.

I got a 1.52.883 in the Picador, and a 1.44.940 in the Gauntlet, though the Picador's one of those slow cars that needs thought to get the most out of it which I lack, so I'm sure someone like DJ, Panson, Goon or Ned would wring it to a better time.

its awesome down those parts! - lived in Falmouth for a year, bit bleak in winter though!

completely OT and shameless self promotion, I was at FOS as a photographer, so got quite close to the action! >>

The drift cars were getting a bit to close at times doing burnouts and doughnuts in the top paddock, brown trouser moment and all that! laugh got my ears blasted by a few F1 engines too!

I'd offer to give you a hand but that'll be right in the middle of dinner time for me tonight. Doing small warehouse deliveries on your own is alright in a quiet lobby. Even the Cuban one which is the biggest drag only takes about 15 minutes.

Nice pics! They're all square though; do you publish them elsewhere than Instagram or is square the thing these days?

they should be mainly landscape ?! - I think depends what version of the app you are running, only shows square on my phone as its outdated (windows phone) but on android its OK...

I'll go look at the 918 now its out!

Ah they are - I hadn't realised, just assumed it was stuck as square on Instagram because the thumbnails show as square.

I dont think the T20 has much to worry about, its nearly as quick but doesn't have half the mid corner grip.
On Over the hill club there are corners I can take flat out confidently in a T20, but trying to do the same in the 811 results in it starting to drift.
Its getting near enough the same lap time to the second though, so it is quick, you just have to drive it in a totally different way

I just did 2 laps in the T20 and two in the 811 on Cutting Coroners, they both got 55 seconds.
On a track with long straights and not too tight corners the 811 would win after you get used to it, but on a tight twisty track the T20 will have it on grip and handling

I tried the stock version first, and found it understeers a lot, you can't throw it into corners like the T20. But once I modded it up as Franklin, I thought it was a lot of fun to drive, challenging but rewarding, with lots of grunt. Still not 100% sure if I'll get one, but I'd love to have one if I can!

Having just tried the track in a fully modded Blade (I couldn't remember what vehicles you wanted to use...) it's one of those tracks which needs precision to get a good lap time. Fun track though
