Yan along with the fun chap is one of the more reliable sources of information. Don't hold your breath but it might happen.. possible the garage could be related to the vehicle business too....

What vehicle business is this? Not heard much about it, but then again trying to fish for 'real' information on GTA updates is like trying to find a needle in a haystack made of used needles.

If you read the first newswire article for the biker businesses it says " Keep an eye out for high-level, high-risk vehicle based business ventures to spring up across Los Santos and Blaine County soon"Somewhere along the way they also updated some files that control the colours that cars spawn in, 10 high end vehicles got changed to spawn in more colours.
So, contrary to what some people think it's not speculation.
The speculation bit is:
The current events week finishes next Wednesday, previously these have ended on Tuesdays. Update announcements have often been on Thursdays, there is always release in December that has the Xmas stuff time locked in it. So, a schedule of announcement on Thursday, release on Tuesday fits. Xmas stuff would unlock a week later on 20th for two weeks or so. As jobbo said earlier snow 24-26 dec and 31st Dec- 1st Jan.
Makes sense. I did notice that playing around in the Creator though, some cars now come in more colours, though not the Reaper, which struck me as odd - if you were going to give all the cars from the updates various paint schemes (rather than just the one) for creator use, surely you'd do them all and not leave out the one that was hyped up the most. Ah well. I won't be available over Christmas but I should be back for New Year's, it'll be my first Snow on GTA!
