Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (Xbox One)

Anyone going to be getting this, been out of the CoD series for a while now, (I think the last I bought and properly played was Black Ops 1)

As I have recently bought an XBone I thought I would probably grab this years.

Anyone looking forward to it, have anything to share about it as I havent really been following it with interest?

I'll be getting it, but only because it's 'Next Gen'. All cods since MW2 have been a massive let down for me.

They should re master Cod4, MW2 and WaW for the Xbox One

I am going to grab a copy but is going to be next month or so as got too many things this month.

Looks to be a decent story this time though.

Pretty much the same for me, Bring back Cod 4, it was amazing, online and single player.

Just pre-ordered this at Tesco £37, Bargain for next gen, had a look at the trailers aswell, as said before the story looks to be good, they are looking to bridge the gap between film and game, so if all is well it should be good.

Installation issue affecting some people, aparently it's trying to install and update at the same time. This fix seems to be working for me:

Wish I never bothered getting this, multiplayer is a big let down. Never mind, Halo next week...

I brought it because I was bored with Destiny and think its not too bad. It plays a lot like MW2

not a massive jump and coming from titan falls seems a bit of a rip off, but pretty good on multiplayer not played campaign yet.

So far its been hit and miss, the game crashes at the end of one of the end story missions not allowing me to go any further , I am going to try and re-install it when I can. The mutiplayer has been good, a welcome change from the last few games though so been playing more of that due to the aforementioned issue.

Having been off for a couple of days with a bad ear infection the wife just arrived home with my Xbox one sympathy present! Xbox one console with Advanced warfare! I've been off the Xbox for a couple of years now, but if this ever finishes updating I'll be on quite a bit if anyone wants to add me GT: mrobertshaw

played this for the first time last night. pretty impressed with single player so far...the combat system seems a lot smoother and more tactically aware than previous incarnations, even if i have just done the first 2/3 missions. must be said though, i'm not a fan of the threat grenades...or the target grenades...Bit far-fetched for me...but hopefully these don't carry through to multiplayer!
