I've currently got:
Theif
Forza horizon 2
Dead rising 3
C. O. D advanced warfare
Farcry 4
And waiting for forza 5 end of year edition
I can highly recommend dead rising 3 if you like open world mass murdering mayhem as its just great.
C. O. D really doesn't do it like it used to for me. I think (imho) it's had its day and not breaking barriers and pushing forward far enough.
Horizon is stunningly beautiful and really great game with loads to do which will never get boring as long as your a ph'er
Theif is a really great in depth game with seemingly endless things to find/do so a really epic game if your into the hitman/assasins creed genre.
Farcry 4 I only started yesterday afternoon but so far sooooooooo good!! It's essentially Farcry 3.5 but really well done. Same sort of gameplay similar storyline and same great action.

I'm not normally one to buy the same game twice (having completed GTA V which I loved on XB360) but seeing some visuals from the XBOne version, I'm prepared to make an exception!

I was a huge fan of Far Cry 3 - but never got round to finishing it (lack of time). Probably need to revisit before going for 4.

Asassins Creed Black flag was my first foray into the AC series and I was absolutely hooked. I like the sandbox nature of the game and also that missions can be won by stealth or spray and pray (or rather, cut and gut in Black Flag terms ) - Thief looks like it's worth a look.]

IMHO I wouldn't bother with Forza 5 if you have FH2...the driving is very very similar and FH2 is a better game generally.

Obviously if you want full on track driving then Forza 5 gives you that....so I'd only get it if you really want to focus on laptimes and spend a long time honing the perfect lap.

Edited to add - watchdogs got pretty bad reviews and under-delivered against its promise at previous E3's

I absolutley hated Thief. I cant tell you how low my opinion of this is.

Watchdogs again very poor. youd be much better off going for GTA 5

Im loving theif. Its actually a really in depth game. I try and do most parts stealthy as possible so basically made it harder for myself but yeah loving it. Fc4 is slowly getting there too. Fh2 is nearly completed as its just impossible to stop playing once you start. I only ordered forza 5 as ive had every other forza and this edition has f1 cars to modify. How could i resist that lol.
