Type in Sins BSG mod into Google and kiss your fracking free time away! It's a little jumpy If you load every single asset into the game, so follow the quick activation guide. It's awesome.

What do you think of The Stanley Parable?

I thought the demo was way better.

Confusing so far, I played it for just over an hour earlier so lots of restarts, just gone past the confusing ending room and the restart after that. Just checked my save I'm just before the red & blue door choice, been everywhere else so far.

(Edited to add) been through both red & blue doors now, just considering jumping off the the platform all the way down to the warehouse floor but I appear to be in Portal just now.

One thing that struck me though was how similar the bosses office is to C Montgomery Burns's office in The Simpsons.

Question for you folks,

I see steam has a sale on COD World At War, a friend has it but i'll be playing on my Mac will we still be able to play in the same game etc? I've got a feeling that'll be OK but when it comes to the custom zombie maps and downloads I may not be able to being on a mac?

Even on the same platform you can't play a map you don't have. So if it's not available for MAC then you won't be able to play. That said the map runs inside the game engine so I'm not sure what would be different other than the format of any installers that may exist.

Usually cross platform is a nono i.e xbox v ps not sure that applies on mac v pc though. Best place to ask would be the forums for the game you are interested in.

The Long Dark looks good.

I've picked up Wasteland 2 which looks pretty good so look forward to playing that tonight.

SO far ive been able to avoid the winter sales this year, just due to the fact that nothing has really caught my attention enough for me to reach for my wallet, but ive just had an email through saying that an item on my wish list is on sale.

Tales from Borderlands 25% off about £15 not a great reduction i know, but have to admit im mighty tempted

They are not my thing generally but Rome II: Emperor Edition is on sale for £7.49 or Civilization V: Complete Edition for £8.74. I have Civilization V and it is very good if you like those type of games.
