Managed to get the Through The Pack achievement last night, but only thanks to a boosting session. Why they put these stupid ones in I don't know, because to get it legit would require an insane amount of skill and luck. Still haven't got that poxy Back of the Pack dare mod either, despite spending millions of credits on packs. With that I'm pretty much done with multiplayer, every race just turns into a destruction derby and it's no fun to get repeated rammed off the track

Anyone else having trouble with the One:1. I keep trying to take it round the 'Ring at a reasonable pace, but its so quick i overshoot a corner at least once a lap, so I cant get a clean one in, I have been playing Forza a long time, and havent found a car as hard to drive as this in a long while, any time you press on your into 3 figures, and any straight larger then a 1/4 mile and you end up at 200+. Its insane.

Bit O/T but stumbled across the league multiplayer feature and find it really good fun - can only seem to choose from about 10 cars though and it's annoying, anyone know how I get more?

Depends on what league is running.

They may have a A600 League for example or a german cars league, it changes weekly.

I tried to find the regular forza thread but couldn't spot it.

Does anyone know how to dial out the ridiculous snap oversteer? I heard someone mention on here about some differential trickery you could implement but I can't remember what the deal was.

Cheers

Is it as simple as that? If so fabulous as some cars are near impossible to drive.

Yes, it's that simple. Unless you're driving with a proper (1080 degree or so) steering wheel simulation steering will give you far too much lock at speed and you won't have enough sensitivity in your controller to work with it. If you go into the telemetry bit (press down on the D-pad) you can see that the steering lock is significantly limited after 10mph or so.

I am using a 900 degree wheel and simulation steering is still pants. I can catch a slide easily on normal (and have done drifts etc in real life on skid pans for example) so I know it's not me. Simulation steering is in no way like real life. No progression to losing the back end. It's just awful and pointless.

Try setting your wheel to 540 degrees for the regular cars, 360° for the class x-, p- race cars.

If you're using a pad make sure to set the throttle and brake outer deadzone to zero and the inner to 100, turns them into hair triggers which can make a big difference. I'm rubbish at tuning so just download presets searching for words like career or oval

Found out the info on dead zones but still couldn't catch my M235i from what seemed like a predictable slide.

Will try changing the steering. Thanks for the advice.

The problem is that in a real car you get a lot more feedback from the vehicle (g forces, noises, vibrations) that tell you what's going on in addition to what you get through the wheel.

"Normal" steering on Forza will wind on opposite lock very quickly, likely to take account of the late movement of the controller.

Question chaps with regards to designing livery.

So on my Huaracan I've done a basic number plate.

Is there a way I can now stick the design on my other cars?

I can't seem to find a way to load it on to a different car.

Any help appreciated!

Found it now-On the customise screen, there is a "create vinyl group" option, make the plate using the templates there
