Tried to load this up for a bit of a session last night, somehow the game data has corrupted itself.

Pretty pissed off if I'm honest, don't particularly want to start again as I'd gotten a fair few of the races done. Don't want to do it all again and then have the same thing happen.

Finally got this yesterday. I spent way to many hours last night for any grown man. Granted 75% of that was sitting in the loading screen. I Can't even remember an Amiga game that took this long to load.
When IYouin do get in a race it is great fun though.

I chose the mt07 as a first bike. Big mistake. Even fully modded I had to drop it down to very easy which was strange after playing moto gp and the demo on realistic. The street triples just romped away on the straights making impossible gaps. You really do have to pick your bikes carefully and take note of what else is in class.

I spent way too long with the new r1m lapping donnington in time attack. Loved it.

The only issues I'm having is the japanese track stutters really really bad other than the load times its a great game.

Anyone wanna put up some time challenges we can all try to beat?

Well its raining outside so i thought id get on ride a bit more. Anyone fancy a bit of a friendly time trials competition. ill put the details up. Any one else is more than welcome to put their own bike/track/time up so we can try beat it/ see how ste i am.

the first one im doing is the 2014 Ktm duke 690. completely standard. I Thought itd be fun to start with something slow and also to be able to compare the times to a fully modded 690 R because im sad like that.

No Tc, no anti wheelie, pro physics, manual tuck, automatic gears, 0 rewinds

Only got 2 laps in before my kid typically woke up so ill have to wait till her and the mrs are in bed tonight to get some proper time but my first lap was . Edited 1:51.065 is now to beat.

Been enjoying the game on the Xbone BUT!!!!!!! the fking stupid loading times are ridiculous . Over 1 min from the track selection screen to being able to ride on the track

LOADING LOADING

stupid.

Other than that I like it

re the Why no 04 R1. Why not? There is no new 08 blade like mine just the 13 onwards. you can't have every bike someone wants on a game

Enjoying this so far, but the loading times are daft, and the AI riders can defy the laws of physics to rubberband, and it can get pretty frustrating being constantly nudged off by other riders as they pile into a corner, brake like hell and do a near right-angled turn to make it round.

On the whole, it's shabby, but that was to be expected. The modeled bikes look very nice though, and it's as close to Forza with motorcycles as we're likely to see.

Moto GP 10/11 was better. I'll give it a further go later.

My xbox360 version turned up today but the save corruption is at it again, won't save anything so pointless playing at the moment , no chuffed

now got it to save properly it's a very enjoyable game, some frame rate issues on some corners but that's about it. Handling is great compared to tourist trophy much smother, bike options for wheels, forks, brakes colours are great, will be spending many hours on this baby.

I must say that If my above post sounds negative, though I am quite enjoying this. I wish I'd known that there were 2 preorder packs with various Yamaha bikes, I wish I'd known. I don't know which pack I'd have gone for tbh, they did a modern pack with the 2015 R1, R1M and R6, and a historical package with the 1998 R1, R7 and 2002 R1. They'll be available as DLC too, which is handy, since I missed out on the chance to preorder at least one of them.

Played the demo last night. Was looking forward to it after the recommendations on here but after playing it, couldn't help but feel that this was an Xbox arcade game. The graphics are a long way from being polished, its like playing a title from 10 years ago. I think at £20 I'd probably buy it but not at £40. Unless someone suggests that the demo is not representative of the full game.
Back to Forza Horizon 2 for the moment. Shame as I was really hopeful for a bike game.

for those that played the XBO demo and went on to buy the full game on XBO, how much do the graphics and loading times differ in the full game.

Or put the kettle on, wait for boil, make coffee (add milk if needed) get a biscuit and it should be about loaded

I've been able to create myself in game, with a red and black GSX-R600 SRAD, AGV K3 5 Continents helmet, Sidi boots and my Rev'It leathers, the only thing I can't match up is my Furygan gloves.

I've been having a whale of a time riding the original Fireblade around the Wales full track, great fun!

Just installed the game and update but I can only access time attack, World Tour is greyed out.

How do you unlock it?
