Couple of new teasers released for a new Halo game; I enjoyed the first 3, but subsequent titles were a bit dry. Be interesting to see where they take this one and whether it finally swings me into buying an Xbox One...

I'll be picking this up, I love the Halo series, even the spin offs like Reach, ODST and that C&C-style game they did in the early life of the Xbox 360.

I didn't enjoy Halo 4 that much the first time I played it, but I replayed it recently in the Master Chief collection and I really enjoyed it second time around. This new installment should be a banger.

Same regarding H4 and it looks spectacular too. The graphics were so ahead of their time looking back. No idea how they managed that on the 360.

The H5 beta was pretty good. It always will be a game you either get or you don't because of the shield system but I think it's genius rather than the point and shoot FPS games.

I'm looking forward to it. The 4 player co-op mode is of particular interest to me. I'm hoping it will be like strikes in Destiny, but with a story. I have all of next week off so I'll be investing most of that time into this

I should be getting it, it was supposed to come to work, but they sent it to my home address, so hopefully posty reads my note and leaves it with landlady OR leaves it in the safe place.

Reviews say its good story and nice to not have RPG elements for once.

Having played them all since Halo CE, I think this will be the first one I don't get. The series seems to have been left behind and just rehashing the same old mechanics. 4 I thought was pretty dire tbh, telling a story by a series of never ending "go here, press this, go back over there, press that, go there, defend that, repeat" has just got really old for me. Plus no split screen lan gaming.

Got picked up from the station last night by the Mrs to find out she'd bought me H5 plus a case of beers for the weekend. Happy days! Loved Halo 1-3 but didn't bother with Halo 4, so hoping 5 is as good as 3 was! Can't wait to get to the weekend to get time to play it!
