I had similar at first. My system is an AMD FX8350, 16GB of ram and a GTX 770. I was getting frame drops all over the place with v sync on, and without it on the screen tearing was too much to bear. What turned out to be the issue was the game only let me have the refresh rate at 59hz as opposed to 60. I wouldn't have thought this would make such a big difference, but it does. The solution was basically to disable the in game v sync and enable it through the Nvidia control panel instead. By doing this, I got pretty much a solid 60, where previously I was on 59 with frequent drops to below 50. Why it was dropping so much with the in game v sync enabled is still a mystery to me, as apart from switching v sync off,I'm left all other settings unchanged.

I'd like to put a team of 4 together for heists on a Sunday so can get the achievements.
I've been writing a mod, or rather taking someone else's mod and putting my improvements in.

If you've got money left from the start go buy guns, upgrade them and max and the ammo. Can't remember if you can buy explosives at that level. Then at least you'll have stuff to throw around. I'll try to add people tonight and join the crew too!
I love doing missions so join my invites and we can XP up and unlock the other weapons for you. Plus you'll earn some good dollar.
Stupid delivery times... still waiting for my new GPU to arrive from Novatech.
I've had a couple of goes with the current GT620, it's funny, on the first mission a little cat jumps off a bin in front of Frank which never happened on my PS3 - but otherwise it looks like a PS2 game, it's blocky as all hell.
They promised Friday, see how it goes.

They still look blocky at any setting for me.Regardless, it's a poor test, as mirror reflections are far and away the worst looking thing in the game, and not even representative of other reflections.
