How do you get the day one equipment packs? I registered, entered the code, downloaded the mission but no extra equipment or outfits are showing in game
I got mine via the inventory screen (whilst in game); there should be an option to push either L3 or R3 that shows your downloaded items available for transfer; you then simply select them and they move into your inventory.

It does especially when I got the PS4 version for under £35 and PC games on the whole tend to be cheaper

Got it now cheers, didn't realise they were still sitting in the install queue.

Anyone else not that impressed by the graphics on the Xbone? There are some nice touches, such as magazine racks where you can read all the front covers, but the lip synch seems off and the skybox is like something from a PS1 game

Cor, this is a bit good isn't it. I'm playing it on the Xbox One and it's perfectly playable – the only problem is I seem to spend 2 hours each night just doing nothing towards the mission objectives but just sneaking around. I spent a few hours last night just in the bank going into every room… didn't find too much of value though.

Any pc users care to share there specs, resolution and average FPS?

Saw earlier a respected CSGO technical guru had it running on his system with a 12 thread i7 and a new GTX1070 and was struggling to run it at decent frames above 1440p.

He also did some testing (as he is renowned for) and 70fps + is the sweet spot for minimal lag/registry issues with the gun play.

Grab the Director's Cut of Human Revolution for your replay - it doesn't cost much now - because those boss situations have been altered to give a stealth alternative.

Be warned, though, Human Revolution looks *very* dated now.
Thanks for this heads up - downloading now

Well that's a bit concerning as I only have a 4-core i7-3770K and a GTX 980, and I run a 3440x1440 screen.

I still haven't bought it yet. Anyone know any good discounts on the PC version, short of the aforementioned risky-sounding eBay purchase?

The added bonus of the Director's Cut of Human Revolution is that the DLC is integrated into the main storyline, which is a nice touch.

They've changed the voice actor for David Sarif frown knew there was something amiss - took a while to notice it.

But then you'd be overpowered, and resetting them allows you to focus on the stealth or combat route. Finished the game today, won't spoil it but was satisfied even if it felt smaller scale than HR.

Depressing to see microtransactions infecting yet another full price game though, and even worse they're single use. Apparently that option wasn't in the copies they sent to reviewers either, so very underhanded. Anyone remember the good old days where you didn't have to pay for cheat codes?

I'm finding this rather difficult! I'm still on the first real mission but it's taking me ages because I'm so cautious!

Got very annoyed with the exit from Golem City as I just could not find a stealth way out and the second you engage using firepower instead, you quickly get overwhelmed by enemies and find yourself dead in short order. Must have tried it a dozen times before I upgraded the glass shield aug, popped a biocell, used the shield and leaped over a barrier, fell five floors (must have Icarus Landing aug) and legged it to the (slow to open) exit whilst fending off the now annoyed gunners and floating turret things That's the only section I've not been able to stealth out of intelligently and ended up being bloody frustrating - I'm sure there is a way, but I couldn't find it (my hacking skill is still a bit too low if I'm honest)

That's probably the issue then. If by "hidden room" you mean the one with the evidence, tranquilizer rifle, level 5 safe with a triangle code and praxis kit in it then I don't even recall seeing a window in there - I headed out the other way towards some greenhouses that were swarming with enemies and seemingly no stealth routes

I probably missed an obvious way out and just made it difficult!

Well I finished this at the weekend; I didn't even realize I was on the last level until I found one of the triangle codes and they mentioned it during the video!

I really enjoyed the game, but the ending was a bit of a let down and there seemed to be an overall lack of the conspiracy/illuminati/Global Media/Bob Page elements/consequences in the second half of the game. In fact thinking about it, basically the story of MD is 'train station bombed, find out who did it' and that's it; seems pale compared to HR which had a mystery element at the start, then you uncovered the conspiracy before heading to Panchea. A lot more locations in HR also, rather than just the Prague hub, with small levels in Dubai, Switzerland and London. The story just didn't seem as deep as HR

But I still enjoyed it; graphically it looked gorgeous (although frame rate routinely suffered on the PS4), plenty of options for approaching the missions, plenty of side missions, and you could still free break into people's apartments, read their e-mails and raid their safes which is all I ever want from a Deus Ex game.

I finished it on the weekend and kind of feel the same way. Considering that it's probably the easiest game in the world to release (the same mechanics as the last one, the same main character, the same objects to interact with, etc) I was hoping it would be a bit bigger. Other than a few extra augmentations and a gun or two it looks like a big DLC for Human Revolution rather than a brand new game on the next generation.

I played the whole thing as smartly and silently as I could. Barely a shot was fired, no-one was killed and I was nice to everyone, helping them solve their problems and do their bidding wherever possible. I then started a second run-through, as a complete bd and an incompetent agent. I give sarcastic answers to all questions, I machine gun anyone I see, I fail my missions and I steal everything. It's a lot more fun!

Feeling a bit disappointed with this considering how much I loved HR.

I'm near the end I think but I'm not really that in to it. I don't really care for the characters and the cut scenes are so dull. I do enjoy stealthing though and there are some good tense parts to the game.

Ah well. I'll get it polished off then move on.

I loved Human Revolution but I still haven't bought Mankind Divided yet. I can't summon the enthusiasm to pay full price for it. Maybe when it drops in price I will. frown

I'd say it's worth a £25 dabble, tops.

I finally bought it yesterday, as it was in the Steam Sale for 67% off and I picked it up for £13-odd.

I'm only just on the first mission and am finding it rather "samey" to be be honest. It doesn't really feel like it has moved things on from Human Revolution all that much, particularly in the graphics. I mean, I can see that they are more detailed and of higher resolution than Human Revolution yet at the same time they're managing to feel dated. Maybe it's partly to do with having just come from playing Dishonored 2 extensively.

I must say that it is quite refreshing to find that Adam has some of his augs from the previous game all enabled, though, rather than some kind of plot device having disabled / removed them.

Also, why are there dead and decaying bodies from the events of Human Revolution 2 years previously lying around? Did none of them have friends or family that wanted to give them a decent burial?
