And aslong as you have the funds in your 'wallet' or have set your account automatically take from your bank, they will take the money at some point before the game is released.
I know, as I had an email this morning saying that there wasn't enough funds in my wallet, and I hadn't setup automatic funding (which i thought I had). The email also stated

Yeah got the same alongside the email saying they had taken the money. If you go into the playstation store and go to Project Cars there will be a count down timer. It's now showing showing a figure in hours remaining until release... Not days.
The steam version is available from midnight tonight so I'm thinking the 'other' digital versions are too.

To play offline, or for online features?As if its to play offline then that will ruin my night....living in the countryside with a <3mb connection means that 812mb will take several fricking years.
I hate all this live, update, internet downloady stuff - it just assumes that everybody has an awesome internet connection.
