Did all the stages this morning. First three stages seemed to go okay - nothing spectacular but, respectable enough.

That looks to me like you lost a tyre.....I did the exact same thing!! Crashed early on Stage 4, after which it was all about damage limitation - damn these things are hard to control with only 3 tyres!! Just driving in a straight line was a struggle!!

Stage 3 puncture within about 20 seconds so repaired it 30 seconds later puncture again unable to repair it so drove the whole course before the tyre came off, kept going then the wheel died and terminal damage. That's me out again!!

I had no idea I could repair a puncture....how do you do that? I assume there is a time penalty.

It's the same button as 'Recover', but you have to be stationary. It's A 1:30 penalty, I usually figure I lose less time just by nursing it to the finish line compared to repairing.

Agreed. I would guess that I lost maybe 25 - 30 seconds over the rest of the stage at most so, my ignorance was a blessing

I will try and have a crack at this later this week.

I see three problems;

1) It is Finland! In my books, that is about an average of 15 stage retries for me at least!

2) It is a modern rally car. I have only been using an old "slow" RWD 80s car

3) Combining #1) and #2) = new fast car with Finland = recipe for a retirement 1km into stage 1.

Yes its not very good and crashed the game, if it says do you want to retry uploading your score - dont! Click no and exit. For me it said it had uploaded, then couldnt connect when downloading the table and crashed me out of the season to start afresh

Hi all, just finished xbox stages and managed to do it in 25:42. Only me and two others finished so far. Had a decent run until midway on 4th stage when i spun when landing after a jump and got flat tyre. Had to do half of stage on rim.

Look forward to the rest of you finishing see how we compare.

Been having nightmare with this, after 2nd stage would'nt upload my time and i could'nt exit, had to turn xbox off and when i restarted had to do first 2 stages again, and got a slower time as well.

A couple of silly trees mistakes in stages 3 and 5, but I'll live with it - no punctures, luckily.

I had the same issue last night, but ended up with much better times through the first couple stages! Will carry on tomorrow night and see if I can get close to your times!

Game looks brilliant though!

I've got the cheap thrustmaster 458 spider £70 thing for xbox 1, not the best wheel and no force feedback but it does its job. 100 times better than controller.
