Picked up a PS4 and Project Cars today. I'm waiting for a wheel to arrive now.
A quick go on the controller has left me feeling just ever so slightly disappointed. I know it needs a wheel to experience the game properly, so I'll have to bide my time.

its the same with any sim racing game in that its always feels best with a wheel but its still good with a pad i feel. Yes theres now 1 GT3 and 2 GT4 slots at the moment

My wheel arrived friday and I actually find it easier with a pad... but that is probably because i'm used to it!

Yep, I was way off the back though!

Had a good dice in Qually, then a poor overtake took out both my car and the other chaps, and he quit - sorry!

Considering it was the first time I've driven anything quicker than the superkarts, two to three seconds a lap wasn't too bad...

Yet to do any laps of hockenheim, hopefully I can keep it out of the wall this week! And not get pole then miss the start of the race...

yeah it caused a bit of chaos in Race 1 where half the grid was waiting for you to move off

Tables updated on page 1 so just need to know what car you want GEE

Other updates:

• We will be running the normal "Rolling Start" in both races from now on (What you experience in Single player)
• Qualifying will be increased to 30 mins so from 20:00 - 20:30
• Fuel wear will be off from now on but will still have Tyre wear
• The points system will be changed to 25, 20, 16, 13, 10, 8, 6 and 4 in future races

Just been bashing some laps out in the aston on practice mode with no tuning and high fuel load, I'm around high 1.48's to low 1.49's consistently so I think I should be ok with less fuel and some tuning.

you should try battling with someone in the mclaren, no rear view mirror and small wing mirrors so hard to see anyone

Did 5 laps on hockenheim this morning and got a 1:40.3 in the GT3 Aston, no idea how that compares?

That's pretty much what I did, I never put too much time into practice!
