Try using 2nd for the first tight right hander coming down the hill, but quickly shift to 3rd for the left/right chicane with the scary drop. I found it was more stable doing that and provided better traction, but don't get too eager on the throttle.

Use whatever assists you like/need, and welcome aboard. The only restriction is default setup, but nobody will check up. It's just for fun so we keep the rules simple. Enjoy and try not to get frustrated, it takes some getting used to.

Slight improvement for me overall, slower in S1 & S2 but seem to have found where I was losing out in S3. It was a very, very ragged lap though . Lots of opposite lock. Look forward to next weeks combo

In S3 for me, I gain the most time by being slower through the tight left at the Caltex Chase and getting the car straightened up before being able to go full throttle through the right and blast down to the final corner. Going too fast through the left means you are still turning left trying to not run too deep and too late on the throttle, applying it just as early gets the car fishtailing out. Oh and taking just enough but not too much of the final corner curb.

So after much deliberation, and a session last night with Derwin's, I thought a run out at Bannochbrae was in order. Car choice was tricky, it's too long for slow cars and really fast cars take some of the fun out of it. I've hopefully found something that is a good balance.

My shortlist of 3 excellent cars (which I highly recommend you try out btw) ended up being:
McLaren F1 GTR Long Tail / Sauber C9 Mercedes-Benz / Bentley Continental GT3

In the end I had to pick one so here it is. If my P1 stands (fingers crossed) this will be next week's challenge, hope you all enjoy it!
