My first attempt. It's a BRZ/GT86 with a Turbo running 500BHP. It's one of my favourite cars to drive...just mad.

Certainly requires a different driving style. I've never liked the Evo handling, rarely drive them tbh. I set this time earlier today, and it seemed to be beatable, but I've come back on this evening and couldn't get within half a second.

I've been a bad dad today, took the dog and kids to the park, my son was setting out his cones for footy. I threw the ball for our dumbass labradoodle, who then proceeded to run through my 11yo son at full pelt, and his head is waist height. Hit the boy across the back of the legs, and he went down like a sack of spuds (he had his back to us so didn't see it coming). Of course my first reaction is to laugh (bad dad) and then kick myself for not recording it (even worse dad), meanwhile the boy is groaning and crying on the floor, it was a pretty big hit, like a bad rugby tackle tbh. Fortunately, he seems to have come out of it with just a slight back strain, but a bit of heat and some stretches when we got home and he seems fine.

Nice lap. Interesting just how much time you've shaved in S2. Now I have a target!

Can you test something on PS4 for me, it seems a bit weird. I find if i come off throttle completely, i get killer understeer, but by throttling on/off constantly it seems to bring the nose in. Once I'm at the apex it's full throttle, and if I'm drifting out wide lifting then helps to tuck it in. It's like throttle steer on speed but acting differently at different times...

Throttle does change the pitch of the car quite a bit.
Very keen to see how we can get close to your S2 times.

I was using quite a lot of left-foot braking in the chicane to keep the nose in. I'll try your method.

Sector 2 is from the middle of the hairpin, up the hill through the chicane and right hander finishing at the bridge at the top of the hill.

So all the slow corners, with only the last corner and first 2 in the other sectors. I think it's all about hairpin exit and the chicane, the last right hander in s2 at the top of the hill before the bridge is ok if you can get past the understeer and hit the apex.

Hmm, I set a low 1:31 last night and came on to add to the table now, except my time is not showing on the Steam leaderboards. Very odd. Hope my hour spent sweating under the Vive was not wasted...

Followed B2BS' ghost for a bit... how on earth are you getting the traction/acceleration out of the hairpin? You just pull away from me so fast going up the little hill! Even if I get a clean entry

Even with all driver aids off and giving it the beans it won't boost and pull away unless it's in a straight line
