Driving wise, shift down to first just as you get to the apex on the hairpins. Overall I'd say try to brake a little less and carry more speed. To nail it you need to be just keeping on track at corner exit, you seem to leave a bit of a margin for error. Be brave

Thanks b2b - I can't configure enough buttons to move the seat, and I do use the steering wheel for reference

I'll give it another try! It's hard sometimes to get the consistent corners. I really need that wheel! Defo next month :-)

Shocking effort!
Something not right for me, just waiting forever and ever out of every corner to apply power otherwise I'm facing where I came from. Tried slow in/fast in/ high gear/low gear but just cant get the flow of it, shedding chunks of time every exit. Despite that the car is fun.

This might be a faff but configure buttons to move seat, get it right, then reset buttons how you want them for driving. You should only need to do it once. When playing with the pad I always found bonnet cam was easier but that's personal taste.

I've just been checking the list of cars and tracks we've done since this started. Was there a problem with the track limits at Monza? Seems odd we wouldn't have done that circuit. Definitely need a high powered car for that one, it would be a bit dull in the Caterham Classic lol. We haven't driven either of the Marek LMP1/2 cars yet, or the Alpine A450 (I don't think I've ever driven that one).

With 125 cars and 100 circuits, we have 12500 combos to do, I count 58 that we've done. I need to get out more. (If you want a copy of my spreadsheet just PM me your e-mither and I'll send it to you)

I've picked loads of times so I'm happy if someone else has something in particular they'd like to try.

Off topic but I'm browsing Autotrader as i usually do on a Friday with a nice cold drink...do you think the wife might notice this popping up in the garage? Lovely motor.

Regarding next car track, might I suggest The Audi R18 TDI LMP1 thing and Hockenheim National? Had a play and it's challenging, the car is stable enough for pad users, but twitchy enough for the wheel users to feel like they have a challenge.

Also the curbs cause the car to spin instantly so a knife edge :-)

Yeah I thought cheap, stealers are asking £10k more for similar. Always a bit tricky to sell private for more than £20k, people parting with that much cash usually expect a warranty, not sold as seen.

Can do a 1:51 square without much more improvement. Easy to find where I'm losing time now I've set a half decent ghost.

Yeah I think that is the only rule as such, default setup in time trial mode.
