Tell me about it, something a little newer which actually had some front end grip would be nice! Its fun handling the power at the rear, but the front is so dead!

I had a quick blast on Sunday night, not really feeling it either, yet I absolutely loved Grand Prix Legends. I feel they've got a few cars completely wrong in Project Cars.

I'm no getting any prizes at this and don't think I can improve
Using stock controller setting 2 on the pad and after messing
About for an hour managed to scrape a 1min 56 with a potential
Of 1:53. Will go try improve with the game and try play more than
An hour a night.

Couldn't figure out how to get the lap on you tube but some are nasty

I got around half a lap started then got to the Loews hairpin and my FF steering wheel is just not quick enough or easy to turn around and exit cleanly with the 49. So I gave up and did 5 laps in the 98T, controlling turbo wheelspin was more fun.

Change car to one of the other historic lotuses? Can't see this being a popular week otherwise

Monaco in the F1000 or Formula C would be my shout if we are going to change it you can really those push those around this track rather than tip toeing round at half throttle.

Yea not a bad shout. Opening it up to another car might make a few people actually join in...

I think something like the Formula Gulf 1000 is just right for this track, can give it some proper welly.

I'll generally join in regardless of the combo (although, I say that having not attempted this week's yet!) but, won't dedicate much time to it if it isn't a combo I like. I just haven't had any time at all over the last couple of weeks! Probably won't get any laps in this week either (maybe the weekend, if I'm lucky!)

Usually i woukd agree theres a few i didn't like and i just didna few laps then left it. But this one takes the biacuit haha.

Well I had a few laps but agree with most here, this one is tough. Quite enjoy this car at Brands though, just doesn't seem to be so much fun at Monaco.

I'm up for a mid-week swap if Blayney wants to. Otherwise I may see if I can improve with my wheel if I get the chance.

To be fair the choice seemed good and I was looking forward to it. For whatever reason the car just doesn't seem to feel right on that track.

The 49 is just un-drivable to me, on this track especially ( I use a pad on the XBone, which I don't think helps)

I'm kind of tempted to belligerently persevere, It must be possible to hook a lap up.

Quite lenient this track on the limits when it comes to the chicane and the swimming pool final section but this car doesn't ride the bumps as well as the last.

Plenty to come the quickest times listed on the leaderboard are much quicker, although I'm sure they have been changing the settings, the gearing on this default setting isn't quite right for Monaco.
