Bonnet cam for me usually, I've used that view since the early GT days so, anything else feels weird!

Not had another go yet this week (Destiny is already sucking me back in!!) but, will try to get another session before Sunday if I can

Sector times appeared on the racing screen at last Middle sector, hrumph. Maybe one more go tomorrow to try and get that right.

I seem to be able to have massivley improved individual sectors but not on the same lap
Managed to knock a tenth off but unless i can put a clean full lap in i doubt i'll improve any more

Well I found over a second tonight but I think that will be my limit. Thought I might even grab top spot for a while but can't get the last corner right at all

Wheel better than pad on this one, just wish it wasn't such a ball ache to get out and set-up!

Didn't take sector times, will try to remember next time I play.

I don't get them on the main screen either unless I pause it before the start line but after line
It clears for the new lap

I use the hud timing on screen during the time trial



I'm proud of me second place at mo but I fear its vulnerable to be beaten

I managed 1:28.401 tonight but no signs of improvement. I've played some career tonight again. As I'm getting more seat time I've had to dial AI up to 90 and I'm still beating them. Might have to go to 100%...

My G27 is starting to make some strange noises, some clicking and grinding when i turn, and boy is it getting hot. Time to start shopping for a replacement I think how sad.

I've had a go with the Fanatec stuff and it is a lovley bit of kit.
I just cannot justify the cost though!

Wow I was shaking that bad after doing this I skipped it after writing it down :-(
Aced the chicane flat out but no chance doing that again

Something not working right with driver network on ps4 still showing my 29.1 time and not my
28.8 time. Hopefully sorts it self when I get finished work

First corner I'm braking early then gently on throttle when turning in and round corner working well for me

Bit more this morning but, struggling to find time this week.

Yeah, I noticed your time on the leaderboard Billy - I doubt it'll update this long after the fact, it usually only takes about 10 minutes so, it clearly didn't register for some reason. I seem to remember the same thing happening with your time last week too. I didn't think time trial was available if the driver network isn't connected? very strange.

I still think there is a chance of a high 1:27 time, but I don't think I'll manage it. Come on guys, let's see a 1:27 (followed by a nervous breakdown lol)

There is definitely a 1:27 in there but, I don't think I'll be the one to nail it this week!

Strangely enough, I thought I was losing time in the final sector but, it looks like sectors 1 & 2 need to the most work, assuming I can find the time tomorrow!

I might stick with the time I have and see what i can get to with some setup tweaks tonight, I'm trying to learn more about it so it's a good measure for me. I'll let you guys know what I do so you can have a play. The first thing is the tyre pressures on all cars are known to be 10-15% too high, and fuel loads are usually way too high. Little tweaks on the diff usually bring big gains. I don't usually get as far as suspension tweaks tbh. I'm starting simple.

Most likely you weren't logged into PSN. Was the Drivers Network greyed out too?

I've never been into tuning and tweaking, always prefer to drive each car out of the box with stock settings against others doing the same. I like knowing that the only component that is different, is me

Although, I sometimes experiment doing laps with different levels of alcohol in my system, does that count as tweaking
