I'm sure I'll sneak a few laps in at some point this week, was just a bit frustrated this morning to see all my efforts were wasted!! Especially as I quite enjoyed the track having not seen it before...

For some reason, I couldn't get my ghost to work this morning. I usually start off with 'use best in session' for about 20 minutes to give my best lap time to register, then I switch to 'my personal best'. But, no matter how many times I selected it, the personal best ghost just woulnd't work. Every time I went back to check the setting, it said I had 'None' selected. very annoying as I much prefer to race against my best time.

Almost half a second in the middle sector, wow! Nice Ian. Do you get any problems heading over the crest going up the hill? I have to come off the gas to stop it spinning out there.

This, along with the fact I can't handbrake turn to save my life is why I'm so slow. Either I come off the throttle and slow down, or I don't and fishtail to the next corner (or crash)

What I did is touch the hand brake as start to turn in and come straight back of ot. Don't want to use the handbrake
For too long that will cause the unstoppable spin

Took me few goes to get it right and still messing it up

My technique: Brake is a straight line down to first early as possible, off the brakes and turn. Flick the handbrake as I hit the apex holding a little throttle on. Basically the remainder of the corner is a wing and a prayer I try to throttle steer, but it's a mixture of understeer and oversteer depending on how far the rear has come around.

Hitting the crest up the hill, the rear of the car steps to the left unless I lift off the throttle in time. No catching when it goes.

I can complete 2 laps in every 5 pushing hard. I know it's bad cos the missus keeps telling me off for shouting at the PC
