Cex is bound to have all three for dirt cheap, Ive bought all the dlcs through the store and probably would of saved money getting a second hand collectors copy or similar.

none of the special editions came with the dlc I'm afraid. only way to get it is via the Xbox store, likely for about 10 times what the discs cost

I'm about 50 hours in now and still enjoying it immensely.
An upgraded Nomad makes traversing planets really quick and easy.

This game is actually quite epic. Hard to talk about the story without spoilers. Who is everyones preferred squad mates? Some of the banter is brilliant.

Drank and Vetra usually. I basically avoid Cora and Liam who are somehow more irritating than Ashley and Kaidan

Have any characters reached the annoyance of Cortez yet? I do really enjoy that mass effect 3 was the pinnacle of all 3, the ending made me forget that unfortunately, the worst part of it all is the shoe-horned cortez husband. I know he's gay, i know he lost his husband, but all the guy seems to be in the game for is carry on about being gay, even the conversation options to just be friendly always pan out as overly flirty, why can't i just be this guys friend.

They have to cater for everyone so there is a gay romance 'option' but oddly there has been criticism that there's only one when there are four girl on girl options (gamers will be gamers!). To be honest the romancing stuff hasn't ever appealed to me, I didn't realise it happened until I accidentally bedded Miranda in ME2.

To be honest the casual (but not romantic) conversation options are often the best/most renegade, I suppose that's the benefit of having 4 dialogue options now. If you mainly go casual though you'll tell people how few fks you give, mock a first contact situation by asking Aliens not to eat you etc.

The two squadmates you start with are probably the weakest two, especially Cora (I used to be an Asari Commando so I'm kind of a big deal). Get Drack in your squad ASAP, Vetra is good as is Jaal, in fact once unlocked I stuck with Jaal and Drack outside of loyalty missions.

I've finished the SP and started a New Game+ after playing predominantly an Engineer build and will spend most of this one switching between a few others.

The MP needs some tweaks, Gold is very easy and Melee is so strong. As a Vanguard lvl 8 I managed to full extract three games in a row without firing a shot, I think I was down maybe twice and got revived both times.

A very big huge qualifier to the above. I have ran into a game breaking bug that pretty much resets part of the game with no rhyme nor reason, breaking a lot of quests and things that rely on planer viability:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCOC774iwnw

A search on EA answers shows it is cross platform, happens at different times for different people and there is no fix. It has literally screwed my game over - the only recourse (if they don't magically patch it somehow) could be to start the entire game again, with no guarantee it won't happen again.

This is really piss poor.

It's showing viability as zero? Did it build up at all or did it just stay at zero?

I've had a few saves corrupted and it's annoying how it works with the xbone passive mode (turns the game offline and won't go online until you completely turn it off and back on again) but nothing like that.

I'm now on my second playthrough and in the interest of unlocking everything am using the chest exploit to make money, materials and get some rarer stuff from them. The only thing I'm really short on though is MW Research.

Basically Eos and Veold were at 100% viability, then both dropped to 0% and all the initial quests- e.g. explore Eos, set up an outpost etc - came back (even though they exist ingame).
I've lost for example all the memory trigger progression, things dependent on viability such as nexus upgrades don't work, and my journals and maps are full of old questions icons.
Note that these quests don't actually exist and cannot be done. It's seriously borked my game.

have you tried the age old turning it off and back on again?

If not, do you have a save from when it was working correctly?

No, it goes back to my oldest save. I've also noticed other competed missions are coming back too, like the turian wreckage on havarl.

This game really needed a QA pass.

This is one of the reasons why I wait a few months to buy the blockbusters.

Hopefully a few patches will have been issued to address most of the bugs, plus I can buy the whole, deluxe/gold/ultra package for half price.

I've also started buying more for the PC than the XBONE as I can use console commands (or other hacks) to kick-start/reset stuck quests.

Oh no I can load the game fine, it's just knackered a load of quests and progression.
I'm going to give it a go tonight progressing the main story line to see what that does; apparently there is a patch incoming thursday which may fix it, but may not.

I wouldn't hold your breath, I've not seen this reported anywhere.

Sounds like one of those things that will probably disappear as quickly as it appeared. If it persists I'd say keep your save file but try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I had a slight bug where I finished off my first Architect, but it didn't progress anything. So the mission still says attack the architect. Was there an achievement for getting the first one?

http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/AVP-Viability...

Also reported on bioware forums.

I tried playing more last night, finally got around to killing the architect on Eos (previously that quest was bugged) and all it did was shift Eos from 0 to 10% viability.. and that was the last quest to do.

It's buggered.
