Nah, vehicles in this are no good, so I will be the one sneeking up behind people bludgeoning them with a blaster. If you're not playing this at least there will be no one to steel my kills 
Got 3 games in this morning on Drop Zone. Good stuff 
Probably the main thing i noticed was that i was getting results around 25 kills, 10 deaths. Whereas on BO3 i've been struggling to get above 1:1.
Looking forward to exploring the other game modes, i was really just checking that it had downloaded properly. It was odd because the PS Store said it was 20GB, but the download was only 4GB
I would have like to have switched around the R1/R2 and L1/L2 buttons to put the ADS and trigger buttons on the shoulders and use the controller's actual triggers for grenades, but there doesn't seem to be a way to switch them. Shame, but i'm sure i'll live.
I'll be sinking some substantial hours in come Sunday

Well, as is usual with me and these games, I've hardly a clue WTF is going on........ Still, got a few nice kills. Oh, and it may be a spoiler but you can now "lock on" in the dog fights with the cannons, which makes shooting people down a whole lot easier.... Oh, and being shot down too....

Ok ..... I fully expect to be jeered / flamed / insulted / derided for this .......but I need some help
Just got this yesterday, stuck the disc in .....did the download install thing ......straight into darth fighting in hoth caves ......ok so far .....but that's it ...........am I missing something? .......I cant seem to get to anything other than bleedin darth vader ..........do I need to go somewhere / do something to get into the game proper?
Is there something I should be doing/pressing?

It takes ages to download. Then when it is downloaded I had to exit the game and go into the "download" section of the PS4 and install the thing. THEN re-load the game it was good to go.
Top tip- if you find that on occasion a grenade or something else assigned to the R1 or L1 buttons is being activated without those buttons being pressed, it is because you're touching the touch-pad with the edge of your thumbs. Swiping the touch-pad activates these buttons. Thankfully, this can be turned off in the options. It took a few suicides before I managed to sort this out.

LOVING this. Spent about 5 hours playing heroes v villains and hero assault with some mates. So much fun and videos captured. I've not even tried some of the bigger game modes.
I couldn't resist and bought season pass on the spot.

Resisted the season pass so far (have not been online and off to Xmas markets in Lux now) but I can see me caving on Monday based on last nights fun and games.

I played for about an hour and a half last night. Coming from Battlefield to this it's quite different but also similar in certain things.
I agree with other peoples comments RE the kill to death rating i used to be awful on Battlefield but getting really good results on this game. I also like how when you die it's almost instant that your in the game again.
Not been in any vehicles yet so want to do that tomorrow.
We should try and get a PH match set up soon!

So.......in a complete 180 I just bought it. I went out to get a pre beer sandwich ,saw it in sainburys and picked it up. I think it was a Jedi mind trick Will be on a for a bit tonight but that will be after work drinks. That's my excuse anyway.
I will mostly be playing Fallout but will be around for a few rounds of BF here and there. PSN ID is Matt-don.
