Played two rounds tonight. Lost the first and won the second but I did rather well both rounds. Something like 33 for 13 in the first round playing aggressive scout with gewehr carbine - thought I'll never beat that. Next round 28 for 3.
Not bad considering my triangle button doesn't work so no side arm kills!

New medals this week to work towards
Started last night with 10 kills with a handgun. Found everyone in Argonne Forest killing each other with handguns. Shotguns are also good here i've found.

Also was getting good at sniping with the russian 1895 on Sinai Desert. Those campers on the rock outcrops - was too easy I found

Back to the rubbish game experience for me again last night. Attempted a few Domination rounds.
First round I ended up being on a team being absolutely mullered. Game lasted about five minutes and did terribly.
Second round I ended up on a map with 8 people on one team and 1 on the other. Needless to say the game finished in two minutes.
Third round I ended up on a map with all of the squads locked. Therefore, I couldn't join a squad so was on my own. We were on the castle map and I managed to capture two flags during the game. Was killed a hell of a lot though as all of the squads on my team didn't seem bothered with playing the game properly.
Fourth round I ended up on a game that was taking longer than two minutes. However, I kept getting killed in a weird way (around corners, behind rocks etc.) When I ended up face to face with people, despite getting five or six hits from point blank range with the assault SMG, the other person managed to kill me with one shot.
Coupled with the loading times, this made the whole experience a misery. So, I quit the game and went to play something else. As a final insult though, the game hung whilst I was quitting. I had to kill the task in Windows to get rid of the damn thing.
I keep trying with this game, but it just doesn't work out for me. Oh well.

Had my first experience with hardcore mode yesterday and I'm not a fan at all. Seems very different to the other battlefield games but can't figure out why.
Was team killed a million times plus lots of scouts or tanks sniping from miles away.
Not sure I'll play that mode much which is a shame as that's all I used to play.

Domination is just a COD game mode and not really suited to battlefield TBH. The quitting during loading screen after a round still has the hang bug as you found. Well, I'm still have lots of fun being awful! My general tactic each time I spawn is to try to be stealthy and sneaky with god-like accuracy and snap to target speed. Unfortunately, I fail at each one and simply run towards my next inevitable death 
My multitude of comically frequent deaths however, is occasionally punctuated with brief moments of joy where I will unexpectedly get the drop on someone or by some amazing stroke of luck, my sights will land pointing directly at them rather than several feet to one side (which is the norm).
I've had a couple of hail-mary incendiary grenades bear fruit and even managed to pick up 2 sentry kits in the same round (totally random luck that I was near them when they spawned!)
It is these brief moments that will keep me coming back

Always nice to have a steady pilot.
I'm really enjoying bf1.
However... it crashes... a lot. Which is a complete pain, especially as it has the tendency now to crash towards the end of very fun games. Had a match of essentially duck hunt, as I've got worryingly good with the AA and had shot down something on the order of 20 planes in one match and then..... crash -_-
I've updated everything and can sit in other games for hours with no issue but EA, the benevolent overlords they are still fail to make a game that doesn't randomly crash with no solution.
I've googled the errors I get, in relation to nvidia drivers but all the threads and discussion have no solutions and just blame the frostbite engine
Other than that, brill. It's just a big slap in the face of fun when it cuts you off.
