Well having a bit of free time on my hands i have completed all the championships and exhibitions, etc and have completed 95% of the game (I dont know if i can be bothered getting the 3 stars on the average speed cameras as i have tried and its doing my nut in lol) Is there anything im missing on the online part of the game apart from drag racing?

Yeah, by all accounts the xbone one is totally fine but someone with a console will have to confirm.

When it was released it was difficult to play if you had avast antivirus and would frequently ctd. You couldn't use the mic and various other bits and pieces. Now after a few patches it will run with antivirus and you can use a mic but it's still about "as stable as a fridge balances on a coke can, on top of a sheet of teflon, at 45 degree's in hurricane winds".

Long time running seems to be an issue, when trying to do the goliath race you need to follow all the rules that the guy who did the 50 lap race posted up, the basics being, don't change the radio station and don't use the rewind function after lap 3. If I do a few championships then I still get ctd but as it's not one single race it makes it abit easier to reload halfway through.

Shame as I'm one of the mugs that spent £65 on the deluxe version! Feel sorry for Daston though, he hasn't been able to play for weeks!

Don't worry, the Porsche's will come in their own pack (for £19.99 I may add).

I suspect the Chiron & possibly the SLS BS might appear, the rest have no chance IMO. Car's I expect to see:-
  • Alfa romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
  • New Honda NSX
  • Bentley Bentayga
  • Fiat 124 Spider
  • Latest E63 AMG
  • New Z4/Z5 if it breaks cover
  • New Supra if it breaks cover
  • Ferrari 488 Speciale/CS or what ever they will call it
  • 2016 Audi TT-RS
  • 2016 Audi S5
  • Mercedes S63/65 Coupe
  • Renault Alpine
  • Renault Megane RS if it breaks cover
  • Ferrari GTC4Lusso
  • 2016 & 2017 Civic Type R
  • Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera
  • 2017 Audi RS3 Saloon

I am glad they are still patching it tho. I too paid for the deluxe version (the one with the season pass etc). It is making a nice digital 40gb paper weight on my HD tho.

Currently enjoying Elite Dangerous and Battlefield 1 so not missing Forza that much...other than the hole in my bank account.

I am however very tempted to get an Xbox 1 S next month for the UHD Bluray player (got a 4k TV but no way to watch 4k stuff). Am I right in thinking I can download my PC version to the Xbox?

I've been an avid fan of the Forza Horizon games since the first - much more so than the Motorsport ones.

That said, the last Motorsport offering, 6, had a really eclectic and quite awesome array of machines from current and bygone eras.

Horizon 3 seems to have taken a bit of a back step. Specifically, as an Audi fan, I'd have expected that cars they developed for Motorsport and even Horizon 2 would make an appearance in 3, whether in the form of a barn find, outright purchase, DLC or auction. The car list is great, but in my opinion could have been far better.

And rather than several types of the same car (I'm looking at you, DLC M4 GTS / Silvia), it'd have been better still if random and awesome cars from the past would turn up.

I'd love to see some more premium or ultra cool German stuff:

C5 RS6 - previously in Motorsport 6
CLS63 AMG
S65 AMG - previously in Horizon 1
B5 RS4 - previously in Horizon 2
C43 AMG (or any more of the boxy 90's AMG saloons)
BMW Z8
BMW 750i
BMW 850csi - previously in Horizon 2
CLK DTM

In the Porsche pack I'd love to see a flatnose. Annoying that we have to pay £20 odd but I probably will because I'm a sucker.

I can't help that think because its based in Australia, they had to shoe horn a lot of the Ozzie stuff in.

To be honest, not one single Australian car interests me so every one of them is wasted on me, including the pickup and the rebadged VXR8 thing frown

I have always thought that more TVR's would have been nice, namely the Tuscan, Cerbera & Speed 12, we won't see them though sadly frown

I think the ultimate addition, which may be totally possible considering the racing trucks in FM6 would be these:-

From my personal preference there needs to be more Japanese stuff, they need lesser Skyline's, older Supra's and kei cars... alot of which are big in Aus. Online Goliath Kei race would be fun for those on the console.

Daston, your question about play anywhere is theoretically correct but I would check with someone who has both. Unfortunately for me I would rather stick with my PS4 over another console.

We already have a PS4 thankfully and the Windows games was going to be the icing on the cake as I have a pretty powerful gaming PC so best of both worlds.

Had the new PS4 come with a 4k bluray player and not just upscale then I would probably get one of those.

I'm in the 487/488 road club. Grrrr frown .
Found the last one tonight.
The main road to the left of the lake by Kiewa Valley, there's a little dirt side road with a bucket list car and an XP board there. Can't have gone that way much before, and ,just have been fast when I was to fly by it.

XBone Forza club.
I'm not suggesting I'm unemployed at the moment, but I appear to be in first place.
This is telling me to get a job. It won't last.

If you haven't picked this up already, it's currently £23.99 at Argos. It's easily worth the RRP so this is a great deal!
