Forza Horizon 3

Did today's 24hr forzathon challenges, found them really easy... took 10 minutes, max.

GT3 4.0 is soooo cool (I'm 39 and 3/4)

Tricky though to tune - I can either have it utterly undrivable (I don't use TC or ESP) or massively underpowered nowhere in between.

Looks so cool though...

By being "more prominent" in future games I assume they mean in them from the start and not DLC. To be honest it's still the same cars that were DLC in FM6 and Horizon 2, so I won't bother getting them again

The car pack doesn't have the same cars; The 991 GT3RS, GT2, Panamera, Cayman GT4 are all new to Forza (The GT2 was in Forza 4, but it's new to the Xbox One Forza games). Most of the pack from FH2 are being given away as Forzathon prizes. £5.79 is just a bit more than the cost of a pint and it's made me play it again so it's well worth it in my opinion.

I was given the Ultimate Edition as a present, but I was disappointed with the 'free' car packs. However, whilst I can't stand paid DLC usually, Horizon 3 has really turned a corner in my opinion. Every week or so for the last couple of months, there have been lots of free Forzathon prizes, and some of them have been very good. I'm surprised that they are giving away some of the Porsches.

Paid 2.2 million for an RX7. Just as a friend and I were doing the MB and I got it too! Then I put one on the auction house and only a buyout of up to 140k was available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Latest ones are up, win any championship to get the 959. Although one of them is 3 stars on 3 drift zones, which I'm utterly terrible at

Currently staying at my dad's, so i just popped home to do the 959 forzathon (I missed the one for the 918), and after the second round I unlocked the final showcase event. So the quick 3 race championship then took a bit longer than intended .

Still got loads of races to do and bonus boards to find, but I've got all the signs that are showing on the map.

No hypercars, the 918 does everything.

How good/exciting is the McLaren F1 GT? Never seen or driven one (obviously) in real life, don't have a clue about them but I've always liked the F1.

Is it just me or is the Tesla Model S a bit st when you see the stats in the game? Even the lack of wheelspin and instantenous power doesn't have an effect against a Ford GT

I think it's a good idea, not as if the series has been all about realism. Also managed to get my nephews to play it today - they got the hang of forwards and backwards, less so turning or holding the pad the right way around
