Don't think it's got a particularly good moveset though, having Dragon Tail & Outrage.
I have one with the same moveset at a touch over 3100 CP, it's a slow attacker so you have to dodge but it's two very powerful moves and super effective against Dragonite whilst not being vulnerable to it. Makes a fine mess of the 3k+ Dragons on the top of the blue gyms around here!

This morning I finally walked off the 70km to get the last 14 candies I needed to evolve my Pineco into a Forretress. smile

Anyone want to guess what I got out of the fking 10km egg that hatched 600m later???

I am so delighted to now have another Pineco and 30 candies to supplement my Forretress! irked
And that's why you don't walk crap pokemon! Only Larvitar, Chansey, Snorlax etc.
confused

How am I supposed to walk a Chansey when I've never even seen one?

Also, why would I want to walk my Snorlax, when I don't have anything I can evolve it into?

I'll worry about walking things to make them stronger once I've caught or evolved everything in the Pokedex.

Just me or are we back to an endless sea of pidgey's, Rattata's, Spearow's, Muckrow's and Natu's?

The water event has ended, unfortunately. Back to the grind of the usual crap.

I did wonder this morning if the water event had ended.

Luckily, I got a near perfect Omanyte last night and had enough candies to get a good Omastar from it. I also have loads and loads of Magicarp candy - just need to catch a shiny one and I'm ready to evolve it into a shiny Gyrados.

I'm still loads off completing Gen 1 even though I'm close to level 30. Even putting aside the region specific ones and the legendaries, I need:
Exeggutor
Kabutops
Snorlax
Dragonite

Back to Weedles and Pidgys to grind, and Murkrows and Swinubs to get the medals and catch bonuses up to Gold.

I did get a Houndour yesterday, he's my new favourite.

I'm liking the return of Pidgeys and Weedles, more evolution XP smile
And definitely like the return of Dratinis! Didn't catch a single one last week.

With the help of pinap berries I managed to max out my Gyarados yesterday (2712 CP) and have about 15 candies in store for when I make level 29 to max it out again, even if I don't see any more Magikarp before then.

Excluding region-specific ones, I'm still missing these from Gen 1

Arcanine (3 candy away)
Alakazam (1 candy)
Machoke (1 candy)
Machamp (My son has both Machoke & Machamp, annoyingly)
Muk (19 candy)
Kabutops (31 candy)
Hitmonlee (1 candy)
Hitmonchan
Aerodactyl
Snorlax (the biggie, never even seen one outside of a gym!)
Dragonair

Distribution is a bit weird. Many that I think are common seem to be quite rare, and others that loads of people have had since July I'm still yet to see!

Someone mentioned they're still looking for Pinsir? This was on my radar yesterday.

Yes, back to pidgeys, rats, sentrets and crows here today, too.

Have to go back to xp grinding and relying on walking eggs to get anything decent. Got a 10k one on that should pop later today.

You guys with your missing gen 1 Pokemon making me feel a bit better...

Way back last year my boy transferred his Arcanine by mistake, he was inconsolable for a couple of days, but somehow we caught enough growlithes and replaced him.

Have 4 snorlaxes (2 caught, 2 hatched), but just need dragonite 83 candies to go, and kabutops 47 candies to go to complete gen 1 apart from the region specific.

Looked at my stats for the first time in ages too..

Walked 1,123km... Eek

Impressive, I'm still missing Chansey, Snorlax, Omastar, Golem and Alakazam from Gen 1.

Cheers, quite a few of them we finished off by buddying up.. Or hatching from eggs. Without the option to buddy up for free candy we'd have a lot more blanks. And if we didn't have a dog there'd be an awful lot more.

Omanyte only ever caught one up until last week's event. Pineapple berries also helped.

Easter hopefully!
I've been stocking up on candy/mons to evolve so hoping there'll be a double XP event, if not then it's going to be watching pidgeys/rats evolve 100 times over biggrin

got a load of good new (to me!) ones this weekend including a Ursaring

Also found my golf club is a Kabuto spawn so just waiting on the right one before evolving, and the little green at the end of the road is a Growlithe spawn too smile

Subjectively it feels like the propensity for Pokemon to 'flee' has been increased, had 4 or 5 do that to me today.

Anyone else seeing the same?

Massive lack of new gen 2's or even uncommon gen 1's around here anymore.
Standard fair of Pidgey's, Rattata's, Hoothoot's, Sentret's and Swinubs.
Drowning in them and wishing the spawns would rotate more often..or at all!
