This is my current team at level 22, 100000XP needed for 23! Missed out on a Dragonite and Blastoise recently too
I've caught 102 Pokemon and seen 108.. getting there!
I've only seen one Dratini never mind Dragonite! I've caught 102 Pokemon and seen 108.. getting there!
Collection looking good there, I'm not at 70 caught, 72 seen. The two I missed were Starmie and Mankey, caught Tentacruel, 2 x Poliwrath and evolved an 1150 Psyduck in the last two days. Level 18 atm.

It seems that most of my friends are cheating at this now.
They have a computer application that logs them in and walks round in a 10 mile circle catching pokemon and getting pokestops.
A friend left it on all night and is now level 24 (from 0 he started a new account the same night) after evolving all the pokemon it caught with a lucky egg hatched.
Meanwhile im on still on Lvl 9 becuase im playing properly and am a lazy git and dont want to walk anywhere
Accounts have been banned for this, hopefully it's not long until your friends are banned too They have a computer application that logs them in and walks round in a 10 mile circle catching pokemon and getting pokestops.

The 10k grind sucks, I've just hit 65k into that level, also seen 106 caught 106, so were pretty close at the same level, want that Kabuto you have though!!!I've caught 102 Pokemon and seen 108.. getting there!
Just had a Dragonair run away on me!
spotted it on Pokevision a 2 minute walk from the office (between Barbican & London Wall), went down and found a crowd of people around the area.
2 Razzberrys, 2 great balls it pops out of (and one miss) and then vanishes! #gutted :/ (level 15, 700CP)

I'm not sure if someone is winding me up, but apparently I killed a Pokemon last night even though I wasn't playing the game.
I was out on a canoeing trip with my local club, we'd just got off the water and a couple of the kids were messing about with a phone, apparently playing Pokemon. They were explaining to one of the other guys how it worked, 3 or 4 looking at the screen and one shouted out 'There's a Pichachu!'and pointed at the ground next to where I was standing. I swung my paddle in the direction he was pointing and according to the guys watching on screen, the Pokemon exploded as my paddle hit it. The kids were quite impressed... or were they just winding up us older people? A pretty impressive bit of programming if true.

I'm up to level 11 and I have a couple of queries of anyone can help out?
Firstly, I started using the Pokevision website last night as I saw it on this thread. Personally, I think it should be built into the game. I don’t mind going for a wander off route if there’s something at the end of it, but walking around aimlessly doesn’t appeal. Same for me with all games really, open sandbox games that requires hours of gameplay in the hope of finding something just aren’t my thing. To get back to the question; I’m wondering how Pokevision deals with people at different levels. I thought certain Pokemon were only available at the higher levels, so how would Pokemon Vision deal with that? Or do they all appear to everyone if they're around?
Secondly, it seems to me that the close you are to Pokemon the more likely you are to get several attempts at catching them, but ones right on the edge of what you can see bugger off more easily. That’s just my subjective opinion, but is it actually true?
