i've been playing with the free access i have got via the new Xbox One S Battlefield 1 i got Thurs.

Great fun and enjoying it so far.

Had a few hours on the 64 player maps large conquest maps and WOW. HUGE. Loads of fun. Lots to do and the best way to win is in a team. the maps look amazing. and are. buildings you can go into and snipe or run around like a mad medic saving other people.

if enough pick this up it's going to be epic.

Been playing on Early Access, has any played the Operations mode in MP yet? Epic!! I think this is where most of my time will be spent

Its so pretty, Beta didn't do it justice.

Had a quick go at lunch... fired up the intro mission in SP.... So pretty!!!, love the flame guys when they explode!!

I noticed that operations in MP but didn't go in.. Whats it all about?

Its basically Attack and Defend but over 5 maps/stages, so as attackers you have to take 2 posts per map and once taken you move to next map, defenders, kill all the attackers

But its 64 players, the maps are vast and they seem to level the field quite nicely, last night was playing and the oppo team were much much better so we failed to gain control, so you get a second shot but with some mortars to help level the playing field

Each game I played was about 45mins long and just superb

You dont need EA access, you get access now if you buy the early enlister pack rather than the standard one

Loving this so far,although it does feel a little like a re-skinned battlefront.

The maps designs are excellent. Got a few guys i play regularly with and were coming in at 1rst,2nd and 3rd every round!

Operations is very very cool!!! Need to get a good squad though as most randoms don't play the objective and don't bloody revive and don't spot!!!!

Also finished the first campaign war story, the one with big Bess, very atmospheric!! Glad I'm not from that time period,!!!

I was screaming at a guy last night (without a headset ) as he was a medic and 1 metre from me, no revive, muppet

Played a couple of round last night, its so good, got to play with some of the bigger guns as well, fun!
