d! I still don't understand how. (I'll be annoyed if we have the same cars) I'm 19 points down already before we start ($99,981)

The Budget is $100,000This must be spent on two vehicles. One in the Sports Class, one in the Muscle Class
You get points deducted from being away from the budget. It's a target, not a cap. For example, if your vehicles come to $999,972 or $100,028, you will lose 28 points.
We'll do a race playlist but each race done twice, one for Sports, one for Muscle.
The vehicles will be photographed and submitted to a pair of youtubers for style points.
You will lose points if other drivers turn up in the same vehicles. This is to promote diversity in the cars.
The following vehicles are banned: Elegy RH8, Dominator, Sprunk Buffalo, Pißwasser Dominator, Redwood Gauntlet, Burger Shot Stallion

This is true although Challenger set a budget of $100k. Anything over or under that figure incures penalty points hence the stress of trying to match the 100k figure.
Fair enough, I would have just accepted the max penalty points but if my plan isn't allowed I can easily knock up another couple of vehicles
