As I'm going to dnf most the races I'm tempted to go for the coolest car award.

Admittedly you'll struggle to not get a penalty with the Kuruma or Buffalo, but if you want to take a sacrifice to points then be my guest. Also if you do take one of the website cars into your garage off the street rather than buying it, you still count as having 'bought' it, and have to put the price in.

Fair enough, I would have just accepted the max penalty points but if my plan isn't allowed I can easily knock up another couple of vehicles .

Ive no issues with your car choice as im sure others havent. I was temped to do the same as i have 2 cars already in the list but fully tuned and had i not got on last night i'd have been using them

It would be a penalty of 231,000 points. I mean, sure, if you really want you can race with them, but you're not even close to contention for wins and you'd be taking points off people who actually played by the rules. So I can't really stop you but I'd request you played by the spirit of the game.

They do look cool but it seems a bit pointless when you're guaranteed to lose, even if you win every race and everyone else DNF'd.

Not worth that size penalty! I will change my lineup, thank you for the clarification. This is what I based my builds on, I figured a well modded car was worth 28 points penalty (how I interpreted the bold bit).

Hope that's clear enough. I'm going to get working on some tracks. Some will be new, some will be my famed 'reverse' versions of classic tracks.

Yup but also a lot less than $ 999,972, that why I thought the max penalty was 28 points which to me was a good compromise to have a decently modified car.

So far my combo is safe....which worries me as I thought it would be everyone's choice.
