PS4 GTA V Online (Vol 2)
Discussion
On double loop, left hand route is faster so pick that. I think on Duel there's no real difference.
And we do muck around with cars a lot but we're happy to try and do other stuff too - though death matches aren't the most popular. We do some fooling around in special cars, and occasionally a Top-Gear-risqué challenge. I have the first of the new year's in the works - off roaders for under $60k is the working plan this time. So as well as racing there might be silliness like playing car snooker or trying to see how steep a hill you can drive up before the torque runs out. And there are the adversary modes which some of us moan about because of a lack of payout, but are often cracking fun.

Racing with randoms can be fun, especially if you get punted off on the first lap and spend the next chasing the offender down just to punt them off I did that to one random right on the last corner and got a PSN message with just 'SMH' after the race If you can't take it etc etc
I tend to let anything that happens in the 1st corner or two go. However is the straight line s who do my head in, you know the ones, running down a long straight, they have slipstream and they cant simply just pass you, no, they have to spin you out or run you into a barrier as well.KrazyIvan said:

First few corners shenanigans are expected, even when we race so I let them go, but if they decide I'm not allowed to overtake them I will endeavour to get them backI did one race before logging off last night. Virtually the whole grid was full of RE-7Bs. 4 laps of Downtown Loop, non-contact. All but one person went through the first checkpoint without triggering it. He won, in a Nero Custom, but I came second in a standard Nero (and would have caught him, I was 2s a lap quicker). No idea how fast the other drivers were (mainly higher levels) but it wasn't hard to reel in the RE-7Bs on that track.
Has anyone had a proper comparison of Nero vs RE-7B on stunt tracks? The Nero seems to grip well and has a great top speed, which it obviously reaches on the long smooth straights.

I mostly have the legs on the RE-7B in my NERO... but not sure how competent the level of driving I have faced is though... Has anyone had a proper comparison of Nero vs RE-7B on stunt tracks? Got a Vigero Declasse yesterday (I borroewd it) and then took it to LS Customs for some work, spent about 70k on it and backed out the workshop. Some kind soul was there with an RPG to remove it from the map and turn it into pisswaber cans!
Next time i'll spend money on one of my own cars I think.
I need a BT Headset - Any recommendations?

If you're playing on PS3/4 then the official sony ones are the best choice. I went for one back on PS3 because of the added functionality of being able to see things like mute/unmute, volume level and battery level on screen. as far as I know third party manufacturers don't have that advantage of working with the XMB.that is assuming that by headset you mean a 1-ear thing for talking to people. If you're going to put the sound up on your stereo/tv then opt for a headphones type of headset instead (like astro A40/50). nobody likes it when they can hear someone elses game/child/dog making noise.

Mrs Joefraser bought me the official playstation one for Christmas, great bit of kit. I have previously had top spec turtle beach headsets and this is every bit as good with the bonus of onscreen notifications/connectivity as mentioned above.Next time i'll spend money on one of my own cars I think.

100% recommend. No idea how much they are as it was a gift but if it's under £100 it's definitely a good deal, quality feeling and sound quality and noise cancelling from the room is very good.
