Mine uploaded while I slept sleep

Costa Street GP: https://youtu.be/XxaCEPQFy_E - this is the one I linked above, featuring Alex and me being unusually polite at 0:40. And letting Joyrider through, natch.

Zonah Int. Raceway: https://youtu.be/m5iegsP2Ol8 - featuring amusing flying antics at 1:09 and a harsh unintentional take-out by Bob at 3:08.

Metropolitan GP: https://youtu.be/VhF-i2jI5Xc - featuring an amusing pile-up at 0:51 where Bob can see exactly how he got wedged between pole and wall... sorry paperbag

Tom's Cruise: https://youtu.be/VXZMM-YWo1c - featuring me driving gently into Bob when he missed the boost off the start, nearly getting messy at 1:45 and a crash in front which I failed to capitalise on (4:25).

Hookah International: https://youtu.be/T6YOFUEyk6w - featuring 'I'm going to brake, Bob', Joyrider not touching me at 1:33 and me throwing away second place to Noel on the last corner at 6:51 laugh

Interstate GP: https://youtu.be/0PlLsea2tJM - featuring me thanking Noel for braking early at 2:45, an alternative view of the yee-haw moment from 4:02 and a very close finish with Crafty.

Not sure why they've ended up in a completely different order on Youtube but hey.

Wow, that really did knock you didn't it!

Sorry Jobbo, it really didn't register that I'd hit you on my screen otherwise I'd have stopped for that - I tried to save a video after the race but pressed the wrong button and it only saved a 5 second clip so can't show it.

Same on Noelly's video of the same race, on that long sweeping right hander on the flyover on the first lap, as I overtook you (Noelly) my rear quarter hit you knocking you into the barriers but again, that didn't seem to register on my screen...

Unless maybe the reason is that the Bestia is just so much heavier than the Comet that if it does hit one it doesn't wobble and therefore you don't think you've hit anyone.

I had a similar thing with Arkose on Hookah. I was trying to outdrag him through that chicane on the highway and I thought I'd got in front before that slip road but I felt contact. I'm not sure if I touched the barrier or clipped his nose though. Using the Schafter against actual sports cars always emphasizes how giant it is.

Sorry to anyone I hit last night, none of it was intentional, I know how annoying it can be myself so never do it to others on purpose.
I got knocked off loads of times, far too many to be a co-incidence, which just got me more and more frustrated.
In the end I gave up when I started seeing nearly every car time warping up the track!
Checked my internet connection, and it was only connected at 2mb download, no idea why because its normally 50+.
It's reconnected properly now, so hopefully won't be happen again.

As you can see, when the whole grid is jumping about its pretty hard to avoid people frown

I don't remember being hit particularly...

No worries DJ, I thought your erratic driving was a bit odd...

Joyrider, not a problem - as you can see, I threw my race away of my own accord anyway laugh The Comet does get knocked about a bit by heavier cars, but hey; it turns better than the Schafter V12 and isn't really much slower in a straight line (one my vids shows me out-dragging Bob in his Schafter but I think there was a fortuitous bump in the road which gave me a boost).

That was surprisingly close and really good fun despite the cars being a bit wayward. Have to say I prefer the way the old Comet drives; if it starts to break away at the rear, lift and the front stays pinned to the line at least. The Retro Comet seems to understeer a bit frown

ETA: DJ, do you have two Comet Retros?

I had two but I sold one because I was impatient about modding an ItaliGTB. I wished I still had the one with the spoiler last night though laugh.

It was like you found another gear!
The top end on the Schafter actually helped to make it pretty competitive given its relatively low cornering speed in comparison to the Comet.

I enjoyed the racing last night - especially the 2nd half once I started to win!! biggrin

oh, and I hadn't realised I managed to wipe out 3 people in my 100-0 record attempt against the sticky tyres around that lamppost - sorry guys...

If you go to cover the inside line you've got to brake early, otherwise it's just banger racing. Crafty did the same a lot better than I did on the last lap! Nice to have some good clean close racing.

Apologies to anyone who hit me in that first race when I was last and got lost at the crossover!

See I can be polite when I want to laugh (I struggle with braking zones, sorry Crafty)

It's only after watching the video's from different people that I can see how much air I got from Bob's sticky tyre/pole/deadstop and how much the Comet became a ramp smile

Yes,that's why I reiterated that your connection must've been bad. Surprised you lasted 4/5 races without mentioning it. It must've been impossible.
