freelander 2 satnav update? genuine or copy?

guys, i have been asked by a friend of mine who doesn't know much about this, hes looking to update this maps and told me he's found a genuine disc for under £30 ! now i found that hard to believe, no one sells even a used genuine for that price, he did message the fella selling it asking and no reply , even tho this listing states its OEM, .. what do you chaps think?

What year Freelander 2? There was a big change to the infotainment platform mid lifecycle - the later ones are hard disk navi, so need to go to the dealer for update.
