I have a document format .dwg on a common resource. Users of this document are about 5 people in different places. People have different programs. Somewhere AutoCad 11 and 13. Somewhere NanoCad, also different versions.
The problem is this: many users report that the file does not open after you save the file in NanoCad. NanoCad says "unknown error". AutoCad writes that the file is damaged and everywhere 0. Neither there nor there to restore the file does not work.

A backup of the file was doing? Try using a backup to restore the file

If no backup then I think that you have nothing to help unfortunately.(

You can of course try to restore via the online service, but I think it is also absolutely 100% will not recover the data. but if the file is not severely damaged it may be able to recover the data. https://onlinefilerepair.com/en/autocad-repair-onl...
