Oh good,Jay is back. Now that I've defected to PC I'll be able to compare my times directly with his (and see how many minutes faster was actually possible!)

And i get to whinge that the time difference is purely down to differences in the platforms.

I will of course have to think of a different reason for the ps4 players who are faster than me!

Looking forward to the battle, I'm a bit worried now not been on it for 6 months or so, need to get a few hours in over weekend.

Likewise, I've not played for ages either! I'm using a VR headset now which makes things a bit more interesting, and slower I suspect (see, I'm getting my excuses in early this time!!):

What is this practice you speak of? I'll be selecting the league, choosing my car and immediately be giving it the full beans down the road....straight off the mountain if my track record in Monte Carlo is anything to go by!

Had a quick practice last night - managed a full 40 seconds before I speared off the road and totalled my car.

Oooh Mr posh with the vr headset lol bet it's great with that once you get used to it. Just had a blast now and actually things went pretty well, like i'd never been away.

I'm hoping for slightly better than wooden spoon, maybe plastic spoon this time, but this game is very hard to master to drive fast, but that's what i love about it
