Xbox Privacy & Online Safety Question - Child setting

I've set up a Minecraft Realm and a couple of accounts for my kids - The game is irrelevant really but there's some really odd crap going on. I've added the two children and all seems well, both kids are listed under the "Family" section ( https://account.microsoft.com/family#/ ).

However, only one child is listed in the Xbox settings area - I need to adjust the Xbox permission to allow access to the realm which I can do for child 1, but NOT child 2. In here ( https://account.xbox.com/en-GB/Settings ) is where only one child is listed.



Am I missing something obvious? (The blank entry on the left of Amelia, is me)
