This is GT we're talking about who replicated the stars and the moon. They will pride themselves that there is not a duplicated individual within the whole game. ambuletz said:
bit disappointing to read from wiki that GT sport will have only 140 cars. same as GT1. the other games had anywhere from 650-840 (up to 1226 if you count DLC). I'd like to hope that with the fewer cars they would at least bring back racing modifications for every car, like in 1 and 2.
Is GT Sport the full Gran Tourismo game? I thought it would be like the Prologue versions with the full fat game following the year after. If its the full game I would hope it would have more cars.
Right so it's all worked out and in approximately 5 hours i will be being video captured or whatever the proper term is and i will be put into the game!!!!

Had it done, and was able to take photos but unfortunately was asked not to post these or too many details about it.
It was gt7 sport which should be out this summer and was asked to take three different types of clothes for three different poses they used a rig of for cameras for the 3d head modelling and a succession of four photos at feet,knee,waist,head height around a 180 degree arc for the body sampling.
Was really quite interesting and was able to speak to them about a few things with regards to the series as a whole.
Should proof be needed i can post a pic of the envelope the payment came in which is logo'd!

Overall great experience and will definitely be driving around trying to find myself!
I believe they are doing the main day tomorrow and did us four today as a favour as we fly back tomorrow.

Cool stuff and all that, but... it's still a shame what happened to this franchise. It all begun to go downhill after the 'Kaz' personal cult took hold. And I was truly a devoted fan of the series, to me GT2 and GT5 was the best of the best.
Not all PDs's fault - in GT2 it was cool to have everyday cars of the '90s that were much more interesting than todays' piece of kits, so it is impossible to make another game like that.

BTW there is the close beta going on this weekend. But you'll have to sign up to it if you want a chance of getting in for it.
