Finally picked this up yesterday and I'm totally hooked! Spent the last few months playing Horizon Zero Dawn and I couldn't seem to get on with any other game after that; tried Uncharted 4, Dishonoured 2 and a few others and just didn't get on with any of them. I've been watching a fair bit of PUBG streams (not a PC gamer so watching only for now) and I reckon this is a kindred spirit; same kind of physics and look to the game (obviously different setting/objectives etc). Played it for about 6 hours last night getting used to the controls; looking forward to the rest of it. A few DLCs for it as well I see.

hi folks, just trying to get into Co-op multi-play with my mate who has just bought a ps4.

Has anyone played this via shareplay on the ps4? Do we both need the game?

Thanks

Anyone else still playing this?

I got a bit bored of PUBG so picked this up recently and I'm really enjoying it. Especially the stealth elements.

I know it's another Ubisoft game similar to all the others but it's beautiful to look at and a massive open world.

I keep getting a few slow-downs though which I'm surprised at (i7-9700K, RTX2080).

I got this on PC last year, and I'm still playing it Friday nights/Saturdays. I've completed the main story and now going through any side missions, still got a lot of the DLC to start and go through yet.

I replayed it from start to finish a few months back and really got into it again; this time I went into Tier Mode and started upgrading weapons until the difficulty level just became absurd. Shame that it's sequel appears to have fallen flat on it's face; I love the fact Ubisoft put out regular free-to-play DLC for wildlands to keep things going years after it came out; but GR Breakpoint is not the sequel Wildlands deserves.
I hadn't read any Breakpoint reviews, was hoping for another Wildlands, shame frown

Got this for something to do while stuck in quarantine, haven't gamed for maybe 15 years.

Love it; beautiful 'world', great detail, loved the freeplay and the stealth/action balance and even though the missions are a bit repetitive for the necessarily repetitive stuff [building up wpns/sklls etc] you can still mess about with approach/execution.

Games have come a long way since Splinter Cell Chaos and R6-Vegas, the last games I played...

Still I game I love going back to just to mess around in. The Fallen Ghosts DLC is a worth addition btw; Narco Road not so much. Shame the follow up (Breakpoint) was such a steaming pile.

Late to the party here, I've only just got into this game having bought it on sale for £13.

Been mostly running around the campaign fighting a one man war against everyone, with my squad following me (and reviving me!). Guessing that isn't how it should be played so I need to learn how to employ team work and give commands to my squad to make things easier.

Still not fully got used to all the different controls and the menu, still finding myself wanting to throw a grenade and then struggling to remember which button to press etc biggrin

Great fun game, half tempted to pick it up again

Yeah you need to give your team orders, it's designed more for CoOp but the computer team are useful for picking off outliers

Still one of my most amusing gaming moments as me and 3 mates were playing it and we all set up overlooking a compound, agreed who had which targets and heard 4 pfft noises as all took out our designated sentries without raising any alarms, only for the silence to be broken by my mate going 'lads, not gonna lie, that gave me a semi' hehe

How do I sync shot on Xbox?

I know that taking my shot makes my AI squad take their shots too, but how do I get them to get an enemy in their sights in the first place? Do I have to instruct them to do so?

It's been a while but from memory view target through scope, and press A and they'll get a little 1 above their head, then do targets 2,3

You can either hold A to get them to engage or as you say you shoot your shot and they wil too

Brill, thanks. I guessed I had to instruct my squad but didn't know how, I'll give this a try.

Up to now I've been playing as if my squad weren't with me, but I need to start utilising them.

Pretty sure you have to have the skill unlocked as well, incase you end up trying the above and it doesn't seem to work.
