I remember many years ago it was said that the manufacturers didn’t want their cars shown damaged.
I don’t really get it because plenty of other games do!
I think we will getting dynamic times of the day too
Not sure the PS4 can do the dynamic times of day and 16 car grids online, I guess it may show up as a driving challenge..I don’t really get it because plenty of other games do!

For noisy PS4's buy this and take off cover and give it a blow with some compressed air - its virtually silent after!

Its really easy to do.

I'm excited about this for nostalgic reasons, will look forward to the inevitable GT hype train and I'm going to enjoy seeing how many of the series clichés continue:
In November Polyphony Digital announce the game is 60% complete and on target for the release date.
Kaz says it'll be released 'soon' after the 2022 date is missed.
No dynamic weather / time of day because they "couldn't do it accurately enough".
No damage, same reason.
They once again remodelled all of the cars from scratch and did them to such a high polygon count that the assets will be good enough for the next generation. As such there's only 120 cars
AI hasn't changed.
Can now play GT1 inside your garage on a virtual PS1.
No grid starts.
I've been somewhat spoiled by the customisation options in Forza Horizon 4 so I hope GT goes a little further than previously. I doubt engine / drivetrain swaps will ever happen though.
The release trailer having remade bits of the original GT intro video was nice too, such nostalgia

Any list of cars made available?
Once the 2nd gen Honda CR-X with the B16A1 engine is there...I'll be happy

Not a great list of cars so here's hoping they include more cars from the 80s/90s in there
I'm not sure that list is very good, at the very least they'd be expected to have the ones in GT: Sport.
Anyway - I'm really happy with what I'm seeing so far as much more focused around single player gameplay, wasn't planning on getting a PS5 but I think I might just have to when this comes out

That's only a list of the cars that have been spotted in trailers, I would have thought all the GTS cars will be in there, 20 player lobbies have been confirmed. Not a great list of cars so here's hoping they include more cars from the 80s/90s in there
