Congrats Je33a.

Dam it, I was easy on for a 1.46 but wasn't around Sunday to do it. I'll have to stop thinking "it'll do" and go for the lap I know I can run. Might have to do it later just to knock you down a spot if I get chance. lol

I hate this weeks track. lol So it's a good opportunity for me to learn it properly.

Lee on my 1.47.47 i was gutted as i was ahead of the Fastest guy until the second to last corner when i was so excited about being the best i hit the barrier tottally gutting.

I've already put in a fairly decent time on the full f1 track. So i'll see how i can improve on it this week.

I was either nailing the first half of the lap, then screwing up the second half, or screwing up the first half and not caring about the second, which of course meant I was nailing it!!

Nurburgring Full F1 - Class A. 1.41.07 so far, Then the Mrs got home and kept talking to me! So I didn't get to beat that time..... I'm a proffessional racing driver, you can't keep talking to me when i'm concentrating at 150mph! I'll crash!

GGrrrrrr damn it!

I take it we are doing no chicane cutting on this track, like we did for the 1/2 F1 track. The f50gt is a real beast to try and get through the chicane at speed without cutting. Think on my current fastest lap i was fairly clean with it but paid the price in time as i'm a few second slowler than the "worlds best".

1.42:03 with 3 laps under my belt with the Mercedes DTM - have to see how much lower I can get with this before trying the twitchy F50GT!

They are hardly the worlds best if they hang out wide on the 1st left after the hairpin and cut the chicane

Worlds best cheaters maybe, lol.....

Agreed hence the inverted commas.

However with regards to the hanging out wide on the first left. I've tried it staying on the track and going wide and you can be just a fast staying on the track however it is harder to do it lap after lap. Whereas going wide you are fast as long as you hug the curb.

Spent some time on this yesterday and slowly got my time down to semi respectable numbers, so I thought I would go 'live' and race for a while, never seen so many F50's spinning, actually managed to win a couple of races even if I spent most of the 3 laps recovering from being spun out on lap 1!!!

ps I have no headset at the momonet so am not being rude if I am on-line..

Old Xbox headset suffices if you have no 360 one. Just unplug the jack plug from the bit that plugs in the Xbox joypad and plug it straight into the bottom of the 360 pad.

No volume control and it's a bit quite, but better than nothing if you have the old headset lying around

Short of that, we can all shout abuse through your TV, lol....

Cocopops is a good clean racer.

I'm happy to have finished second this week, it's a real problem track for me for some reason. I didn't get chance to run over the weekend, got stuck into some Ridge Racer 6, washed the car and spent the rest of the weekend out.
