is my 360 buggered

Help my 360 keeps freezing or the screen goes black. It doesnt matter what game is in there. Does this mean that its buggered or is there something i can do? Cheers Andy

Sounds like you've got a stuffed one, two options, send it back to microsoft who will get you a new one out to you within a week or so, or take it back to the shop you bought it from who will have to replace it for you (Game are especially good at this and will do this fuss-free without any mention of you being well within your consumer rights to do so)

I've had it since christmas though, do you think toys r us will take it back??
