Yeah one more won't hurt unless you get addicted

Any of us here taller than 6ft then? We might struggle
I'm about 6'2" I think (Damn you imperial measurements) - good job 'tallbloke' isn't a GTLer

Make up for it in lack of fear.

oo, TKM or something a bit tastier Tony? I've done a bit in club 100 myself but would love a go in a "proper" 2 stroke one day.

pro karts seem harder to drive fast to me though... it's all about keeping the momentum up... and the corporate ones are bloody heavy too.

its just an old 100cc Parilla engine with an old soft chassis, its quick enough to get the adrenalin pumping though, and will spin with cold tyres and too heavy a right foot It is way off being competative against newer stuff though.
Tony
PS also agree the 4 stroke karts are very different and the twin engine ones like a bus in comparison, I prefer a slippery surface for those, painted concrete is ideal.

I make that 10 confirmed or seriously interested and 1 maybe (c'mon FWD...)

I think that we'll need a minimum of 12 to book somewhere exclusively for a session although a lot of the places I've seen prefer more than that (corporate hospitality = $$$). There are a couple of regulars who haven't posted yet so hopefully the numbers will go up.

Well I think if the SWers go then we'll need to go up together - to keep costs down.

I think at the last count it was me, Dobbo and Pentoman who raced and were from the south west - anyone else?

I wish I was from the southwest, but I guess that isn't really helpful

You lucky people, I moved from North to South and good chippies are hard to find down here!

nonono Adam, you can't have fish and chips.

you have to have roasted sea bass with smashed new potatoes and a side salad of rocket, watercress and spinach.

Decent chippies is just a town thing, I had a few back home in the south that were fairly good. Try by the sea, I seem to remember there being a few that were good in weymouth when I stayed there.
