Arkanoid Pc dos / XP compatability

Been trying to source this game for yonks. Being an an old game on whatever format it was on, would it be able to play on a PC running XP ?

Try the Dos Box emulator.

Really good for games that were designed for DOS. You get full conventional memory (640k) and all drivers are in extended memory.

Basically your guaranteed it'll run

I'd download a copy of MAME (Multi-Arcade-Machine-Emulator) and the ROM's for Arkanoid.

Much better than a clone running under a DOS emu.

Otherwise there's a load of Arkanoid/Breakout clones on here:www.remakes.org/ that'll run under any OS you want.

Aye, MAME is the best bet, the DOS emu is very slow unless you have a very quick PC.
