I just found this Web-page "stumbling", it may be of use to you or someone else in the future.
You have to use it on the computer that you want to run the game on obviously and the "can I run it" button appears to be missing, just move your cursor to the right of step 2 until it changes from a pointer to a hand and click.

Edit: Just found out the "Can you run it" button shows fine in I.E. but doesn't render in Firefox for some reason.
